Been a while since a visit but the strip outs complete new floors in, replaced walls in and most importantly the scaffolds finally up to whip the roof off.

Plot ones external works have started and it’s ready for carpet internally, plot two not far behind.

We’re approaching the end of this one now. Few delays with sub contractors just holding up the finish but should be close by end of month. It’s been dry enough for the external works to start getting finally laid.

Painting nearing completion floor finishes going in. Units in and worktops templated.

So this years main project is underway. Full strip out of a former 13 bedroom hotel and annexe. Conversion into flats and HMO. Works by WPR Property Maintenance.

Kitchen and built in furniture going in, flooring going down and the external works now back up and running after the last months weather.

Plastering of plot 1 well underway and plot 2 first fix joinery completed.
