Hello to everyone. I posted a while back about a relaxing/wellperson/ event I wanted to host at the fernhurst hub. I can now confirm bookings. The HUB is booked for 6 April at 6:30 till 8:30.
Come and meet some new friends and have a nice relaxing evening too.

I will do a brief introduction to solution focused therapy and hypnotherapy. I will explain how your brain works and how it can keep you in an anxious state.
I will share some relaxation with you/ hypnosis so feel free to bring a pillow. I will also send you home with a free recording to help you with sleeping/anxiety. Via WhatsApp
Price is £10 per person.

I am a qualified psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist, I am thinking of doing a group relaxation/wellbeing/stress reducing evening at fernhurst hub on a Saturday.
But before I go down this path I wanted to see if I had enough interest. Charge would be £10 per session paid in advance.
To start with I would probably go with once a month, or once a fortnight. Does this appeal to anyone I am open to suggestions too. 🐝 Bee kind to yourself and take a break.
