We’d like to take this opportunity to thank our wonderful staff team for their hard work and dedication, both over the Christmas period and the whole of the year.

Tuesday 16th May:
The surgery and dispensary collection unit will be closed this afternoon, 12.30-17.00, for essential staff training. If you need medical attention between these times please call NHS 111.

The phone lines will be open again from 5pm but we expect them to be very busy so please call on another day if your query can wait.

Much Birch Surgery have set up a page as a means of information sharing. Please note, this cannnot be used for patients to communicate with the practice. This must continue to be done in the usual manner by telephoning the practice.

We are currently making changes to how we operate and a full statement will be published tomorrow, however in the next few days please can we ask that you only contact the surgery for urgent queries.

The number of incoming and outgoing calls has increased significantly due to the current situation but our telephone system is being upgraded as we speak in order to meet our needs, so please bear with us for the next day or so.

If you think you have symptoms of Covid-19 please do not come to the surgery. Please follow the information given by NHS England.
