IMPORTANT MEMBER NOTICE:
Please note that on Saturday 15th October there will be no BJJ class at HCA. The team will be attending the Odyssey team gathering at Wycombe Judo Centre. All are welcome to come along and it’s a great opportunity to meet and train with the wider Odyssey BJJ team from all 7 clubs.

**BANK HOLIDAY TIMETABLES**

This coming Friday and Monday we will be having a 2 hour open mat 12-2 there will be no evening classes. All styles welcome (boxing, Bjj MMA Muay Thai) to come and train/ spar / drill/ hold pads. Our instructors will be on the mat to help with technique. All other classes will remain the same over the weekend.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCMENT:

As of 1st May 2022 Hertford Combat Academy will be implementing its first ever price increase since opening.

Monthly membership is going to increase to £75 and the drop in Pay as you go option will now be £15.
Concession (under 16) and full time student rate will now be £60.

We will also be starting an automatic £30 admin fee to anyone who misses payment on the first of the month, so please make sure your standing order is set up to automatically go out from 1st of May to avoid this happening.

Please can all members make sure they do this with immediate effect as a small number of people have been avoiding paying, and we can’t afford to tolerate this any longer.

Hertford Combat Academy is a small, self-run business that operates on very tight margins and turns almost zero profit. Rent for this facility, that we all love, must be paid monthly regardless of club income. The impact of late or non-payments along with recent increase in utilities makes it increasingly difficult to maintain. The club has held back from any price increase since first opening its doors in 2015. We value our members hugely and the continued provision and progression of the club simply wouldn’t be possible without you all.

We hope our members value their club enough for this not to be an issue, however if you wish to discuss the matter further you can contact Andy on 07540969484.
