Today, we had the pleasure of welcoming a special ice cream van to treat our incredible carers to some delicious ice creams! 🎉 Their dedication and hard work deserve all the sweetness, and this was a perfect way to show our appreciation. Thank you for all you do!💖

We had an absolute blast yesterday with our fun-filled scavenger hunt at work! 🎉 Our lovely carers, with a little help from our wonderful residents, took on the challenge with enthusiasm and creativity.

We had the pleasure of hosting Ian Noble this afternoon for a fascinating talk on metal detecting and the history of Hertford. 🏰🔍

Our residents found it thoroughly interesting, as Ian shared incredible stories and uncovered hidden treasures from our local heritage. A big thank you to Ian for such an engaging and informative session!

What a fantastic afternoon we’ve had! Our wonderful residents enjoyed a fun-filled session decorating bird boxes, which will soon find a place in our beautiful gardens. We can’t wait to see our new feathered friends enjoy their colorful homes.🐦🥰

Our residents were overjoyed to be visited by some charming German Shepherd puppies this afternoon at Bentley House. Their playful energy and puppy cuddles made for a tail-waggingly wonderful day!

Guess who’s been bringing joy to Bentley House this afternoon? Our favorite therapy dog Mishka! Our residents have spent some quality time with this lovable ball of fur during our pet therapy session. Today has been full of pawsitive vibes and lots of tail wags! 🐾 💖

What a fabulous day spent at Bury farm! Our brilliant residents enjoyed a perfect day surrounded by the tranquility of nature and these stunning gentle giants! From peaceful walks to feeding them treats in their stables, the residents thoroughly enjoyed their day in the countryside!

Today at Bentley House, our residents turned up the heat and baked some serious goodness! With cherries on top, they whipped, mixed, and baked their way to Cherry Bakewell Tart perfection! It was a ‘berry’ fun afternoon filled with laughter, floury high-fives, and of course, lots of taste-testing!👩‍🍳🧑‍🍳🍒

As the week draws to an end, the chicks decided to help our amazing residents with their flower arranging this afternoon. Of course there was plenty of time for hugs afterwards! 🐣🌸

Our residents and staff are enjoying some quality cuddle time with our newest arrivals – the cutest chicks you’ll ever see! These fluffy little bundles of joy are bringing smiles and warmth to Bentley House. Who knew something so small could bring so much happiness?

Enjoying the beautiful spring weather with our amazing residents! Today, we took a leisurely stroll around the Hertford Castle gardens, soaking in the sunshine and the blossoming flowers. We hope everyone is enjoying the sun as much as us!🌸☀️

Today's Knit and Natter session was a delightful mix of laughter, creativity, and heartwarming conversations. As we sipped on cups of tea, the best stories unfolded.

Today the wonderful residents here at Bentley House indulged in the beautiful art of découpage! They spent the afternoon transforming ordinary objects into works of art, adding their unique touch to every item creating some real masterpieces! 🎨🖌️

Spring has sprung at Bentley House, and our residents on our dementia community are getting into the spirit with some incredible flower arranging!

With they’re creativity and stunning arrangements they have really brightened up every corner of our community.
