I would never be offended to share my experience, training, and qualifications with my clients and class participants!
Unfortunately, I’ve recently had people join my classes after trying “Pilates" elsewhere and left injured.
🕵️ I decided to do some research, I came across courses priced at £29 and even £125 full price is awful, offering barely any training hours, all online and no assessments. (You can be qualified in 369 MINUTES)
Genuine, qualified instructors invest thousands of pounds and hundreds of hours in training, qualifications and on going professional development ensuring we’re equipped to guide and support you safely through your journey.
The best teachers don’t cut corners—we study, learn, and continue our education over the years because we care about your safety and body.

Tonight’s class is all about the power of the Pilates hoop (also known as a magic circle)!
These versatile hoops are fantastic for enhancing our classes by adding extra resistance, improving muscle tone, and deepening your core engagement.

I've loved introducing the hogs to our sessions, and the feedback has been fantastic. Now, get ready for something that compliments it perfectly: I’ll be introducing a new piece of equipment in the next few weeks for some added resistance work!
