Up extra early this morning, cuppa by my side, working and planning before my calm gets a little more chaotic with the morning school run. I'll be using some of the fab Relax Kids techniques to have a peaceful morning getting the boys ready and setting them up for a wonderful Thursday! Happy Thursday everyone! 💜

Today I will be visiting the Superhero's at Ravensworth Terrace Primary for a Peaceful Me adventure. Superhero's don't always have to be fighting villian's...they can be peaceful, and calm, ready to take on any challenge!

Today I dropped by Holley Park Academy to donate some prizes along with Fast Feet Football Academy to support their Bush Fire Appeal. Fantastic to see that we are encouraging kids to be kind, caring and to show their support to others.

What a lovely Snow Queen Adventure with KS2 kids at my afterschool club at Ravensworth Terrace Primary. Well done everyone. You are all Kings and Queens in my eyes 💜❄️

Mental health and emotional Well Being is such an important aspect of our general health. Today we are encouraging children to open up about how they are feeling and focus on emotional well being as an important aspect of being healthy! Exercising our mind and taking time out from our highly stimulating environment to relax is an important part of staying healthy.

Children feel lots of emotions and for them, some emotions can feel scary, upsetting, daunting and uncomfortable. We should encourage them; let them know it is OK to feel what they are feeling, and support them in coping and managing their emotional well being. Its OK to feel happy, excited, worried, sad, angry or upset. Its OK to have good and bad days; we are all human! Lets respect and support one another and be kind!
