Job Advertisement for a Fully Skilled Roofer

Company Background
- Lindley Developments Roofing are a small family run business with over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. We are members of the NFRC and holders of the NFRC Competent Person Scheme for Roofing certificate. Our geographical area of operation is in the main Huddersfield, Halifax, Brighouse and Elland. Primarily, our focus is the repair and refurbishment of roofing on domestic properties.
Job Type
- We are looking to recruit a fully skilled roofer. The position is permanent and full time.

Job Description and Responsibilities
- We are looking for candidates with experience in working with the following materials:
- Concrete tiles
- Blue slate
- Yorkshire stone
- Lead work flashing and lead valleys.
- You will be responsible for the initial survey and quantifying materials to complete each project.
Who You Will Report To:
- In the first instance you will report to the company surveyor but will also have regular contact directly with the company owner, who has responsibility for Sales and Marketing.
Qualification and Experience
- You will have at least 5 years of Roofing Experience relative to the products and services that we provide.
- Working in a team environment.
- Leadership skills
- Excellent customer communication skills.
Salary & Benefits
- We will offer a remuneration package of £50k per annum.
- Use of a sign written company van.
- Power tools will be provided.
- 4 weeks paid leave
