We had a lovely barge trip last week, from Mirfield, the weather was nice for us. Lots of activities going on in the centre, and our members are looking after our home grown produce! 😍

We had a birthday yesterday so everybody enjoyed some cake🎂 We also had a trip to Blacker Hall farm to see the animals, members enjoyed feeding the goats. Monday night was the SEN event in Halifax which was attended by some of our members council, they absolutely loved it and met some of their friends! 😍

Lots of fun and frolics both in and out of the centre, and our home cooked hot dog went down a treat! We continue to have fun and try getting out when the weather is nice 🌞Hopefully this lovely weather will continue 😍

Lovely days out, the members like being involved in our community as well as visiting the local parks 😃They always like baking and doing our shop to table 😊

This is our latest edition of our Newsletter, it's so nice to see a snip of what we do. The next edition will be out in September 🤩 Looking forward to the summer months activities 🌞

A recent Monster trail was a great success, the members loved 😍 it! Also we continue to have fun in our garden and the local parks, enjoying the swings and roundabouts We have also helped at the local community garden project, lots of digging.. Hope the sunshine continues 🌞 we are currently planting some of our own produce, keep your eyes 👀 peeled for updates 🤩

We have had a few lovely days spending time out in the local park and in our beautiful gardens. The members love being outside: They absolutely loved going down the slide and having fun on the swings 🤩lets hope this weather continues🌞The picnics are always an added bonus too 😁😋

We have had quite a few trips out over the last couple of weeks, one was to Butterfly world in Leeds, the members loved it, it was tropically warm inside ☺️We have also had the teatime club members assisting to make their own pizzas which they all thoroughly enjoyed, as you can see by their faces 😋More trips to be enjoyed over the coming days so keep checking in! 😁

We continue to get out into our local community, enjoying a hot choc or a coffe and smelling the products on show. Lots of fun out in the garden on the warmer days! We have also planted some of our seeds in the poly tunnel, we are looking forward to watching them grow and then being able to pick them and use them in our kitchen 😋

Lots of fun and frivolity during the Easter break! We always enjoy a trip to the royal armories and its a necessity to make the most of Mr 🌞Sunshine! We have also had a birthday, so cake was definitely the order of the day! 🎂A girly shopping trip and fun games in the centre, all enjoyed during the last week 😍

Our recent trips have included the local parks, pontefract castle and the cinema as well as playing games and having fun in our beautiful garden area 😍keeping our fingers crossed that the weather will stay kind to us over the easter break 😊

With spring upon us and Easter this weekend, what better way to celebrate than visiting new born baby animals and joining in the easter egg hunt! Other members continue joining in the fun at the centre, games and bingo whilst others had an exciting afternoon at the movies watching 'one Love' enjoying their 🍿popcorn! 😍 we love to see their happy, smiling faces 😊

A trip to B&Q this week to get some gardening supplies! Pictures of our (hopefully) flourishing polytunnel to follow 😃

Today some members walked to the local diner and had an afternoon tea, they absolutely loved it. Thank you to the staff for arranging this, they all look happy with it 😍The main meal at the centre was chilli beef and rice (yummy) with a colourful, seasonal salad. Our new menus will be coming soon for the warmer weather 😋

The boys had fun baking over the weekend and some of the members had fun yesterday, playing ball in our gardens and hanging food for the birds! Always lots to do and be involved with at the centre! 😍
