The lovely✨FABRIZIA✨who has recently joined The Pheasant Phamily as Front of House Manager

Fabrizia said she fell in love with the pub the moment she stepped out of her car for her interview as it is “such a beautiful pub in such a stunning location” - we couldn’t agree more, Fabrizia 😉🌾🤎🪶

In her spare time Fabrizia doesn’t slow down, her hobbies include volleyball, kick boxing & learning new languages - she already speaks 5 different languages…! 🗣️👏🏼

We are so pleased that Fabrizia has joined us and we are sure that she will take the service from strength to strength! Welcome to the team 🍾🥂✨

Join us in The Pheasant garden on Friday 5th July for a relaxed evening of traditional tapas and delicious paella cooked over fire in the traditional ‘paellera’ by our talented kitchen team 🥘🔥👨🏻‍🍳

🍷 Based in Sierra de Gredos, Pegaso was born from a collaboration between Rioja native Telmo Rodríguez, his long-time business partner Pablo Eguzkiza and two-time world rally champion Carlos Sainz Sr.

🏎️ They named the winery in tribute to Pegaso, a famous 1940s Spanish car manufacturer prized by collectors with an eye for sleek, classic design.

🗻 Sierra de Gredos is a range of mountains west of Madrid, spanning the provinces of Toledo, Madrid and Avila.

🍇 The region’s rugged landscape, with granite-laced soils, has been home to numerous winemaking families for generations and boasts a wealth of old vine Garnacha.
