▪️Firstly, we would like to say a massive thank you to everyone that came out to support us for our very first trial night!🙏🏼

It exceeded our expectations and it was a SELL OUT night for us. We could not be more grateful, so thank you all and we hope you enjoyed the food❤️‍🔥

▪️Secondly, we are inviting you to now make pre-orders so you can collect your food at your chosen time slot, take your food home, and enjoy with your feet up watching TV📺

Just drop us a message on Facebook or instagram with your order and what time you would like your collect it, but be quick as we are only taking pre orders till this Friday(19th)💨

Only a few more days until we welcome you to our first trial night⏳

We’re really excited for you all to try our food! Here are a few things you’ll need to know about ordering from us….

You can only order directly in the pub at our till, which is at the back of the Rose and Crown pub in Somersham🌹

When you order, you will be given a time slot for when your food will be ready. Please bare in mind that we are expecting to be busy for the trial nights. The time slots will ensure you get an accurate time of when your food will be ready🔥

Lastly, we will be open from 6pm-10pm and there will be bins dotted around the pub so please dispose of your rubbish when you’ve finished enjoying your meal😁

Sorry about the confusion on the website date and countdown clock (it’s just getting changed now) we are holding a small family and friends night tonight which was not supposed to be advertised. We will be welcoming you all still next week on the 12th of April for our first official trial night, and we hope you’re all as excited as we are! 💨🔥

The 8 hour smoked Jacob’s Ladder Short rib!

Inspired by our friends across the pond in North America, the short rib has become one of the most iconic cuts of barbecued meat🇺🇸

Our short ribs will be seasoned, smoked, and then glazed with a sweet barbecue sauce and then served with homemade onion rings, fries and our house red slaw!

We think this will be one of our biggest sellers here at Smokeboss and we can’t wait for you guys to try it🔥

So, as a lot of our friends and family know, we’ve been working really hard the last 6 to 8 months to get our new business venture up and running.
