At Mangrove Restaurant, we strive to utilise local and organic ingredients whenever possible.

In fact, we've taken the initiative to cultivate our own plants.

One of them is the Naga plant, which we've been nurturing for three years. This chili is known to be among the hottest in the world. We have around 10 of these plants at our restaurant and another 20 growing in our homes.

We use this chili to create our renowned Chicken Naga dish.

Balti is a well-loved traditional dish in the UK, particularly in the Mangrove. It is prepared in a medium-spiced sauce and is best enjoyed with garlic naan. The dish is topped with fresh coriander for added flavor.

Indulge in our Tandoori Mixed Platter 🍗🍖. Juicy chicken, tender lamb, and flavorful tandoori chicken, all marinated in Indian spices and cooked in a clay oven. Served with homemade chili sauce, salad, and nan bread. A must-try for meat lovers! 🌶️🥗🍞

Delicious chicken tikka, cooked to perfection in a traditional clay oven. Tender thigh pieces of chicken are marinated in flavorful tandoori spices before being cooked to perfection in the clay oven.

Our Vegetable Pakora is made by combining fresh carrots, peas, cauliflower, and onions. We then mix them with gluten-free self-rising flour and Indian spices before frying them.

Our Garlic Chicken Chilli is a highly sought-after dish. It features succulent chicken breast marinated in a clay oven, combined with finely chopped onions, a blend of aromatic spices including garam masala, jeera powder, and coriander seeds, as well as the bold flavors of fresh garlic and chili.
