⭐️⭐️10 Week Body Transformation Complete⭐️⭐️
This is the amazing progress from 1 of my clients that took part in my 10 week body transformation challenge.
Her goal was to lose abit of bodyweight, shape up and get stronger and we absolutely smashed those goals.
What we did to make this transformation happen...
4 strength training sessions per week, 1 session with myself 3 on her own, followed by a mix of liss and hiit cardio after her strength workouts while being on a calories deficit. We used foods and meals that she liked and that she could stay consistent with.
Almost 9kg down in bodyweight, that's almost 20lbs down while getting stronger, all gym lifts have dramatically improved and has made massive improvements to her CV fitness.

With a total weight loss of 42lbs (3 stone)
Now we move into phase 2
Where the focus will be to build calories and strength right up.
Maintain our new bodyfat/ bodyweight levels, while slowly gaining some nice lean muscle tissue.

So I've been working with Shaun now for around 20 weeks.
We first went into a 12 week fatloss phase.
The goal was to get down to a healthy bodyweight. Which we did.
Then we started phase 2!
After we got his bodyweight down we started to re build his calories back up to a high maintenance with the goal to build as muscle lean muscle and strength as possible while maintaining his new low weight. (we actually still continued to lose weight on high calories)
Now it's starting to level out.
We currently have a few weeks left of this phase and everything is going to plan 👌
This will be the last 8 week body transformation challenge of the year!

So Marcus came to me 20 weeks ago not happy about how he looked or felt. He started going to the gym by himself for a while but didn't have any structure/ routine and would constantly hurt his shoulder laying him of for weeks at a time.
So we sat and devised him a plan going forward.
Phase 1: would be to correct some muscle imbalance, learn to lift with correct technique and build a solid foundation.
10 weeks later shoulder pain was gone strength and body composition improved he felt healthy and more energetic than ever.
Now ready to go to Phase 2
Phase 2: we planned a 10-12 week cutting diet.
Now that we built some lean muscle it was time to strip some of the fluff away and see what we built.
Taking us to today 10 weeks in
We have finished his cut as we are more than happy with how things are looking so we are now onto a maintenance phase to bring his calories and energy levels back up.

So to the left is a picture of .gibson at age 15 a few months before his 16th birthday and to the right is kieren recently after 6 months of hard work at the gym.
As soon as Kieren turned 16 he joined the gym and was recommended myself as a personal trainer to help him pack on some lean muscle and get stronger mostly to help with his performance on the football pitch.
He had a personal training session once a week with myself. I created him a strength and conditioning plan along with a lean bulk diet to follow with his pt sessions.
Kieren followed the plan to a t and 6 months on he is the strongest most fittest version of himself with his performance increasing on the football pitch saying he feels more faster and stronger helping improve his game dramatically.
