I’m not blowing my own trumpet, I very rarely do. I don’t think any of us do but at times it’s justified!
Yesterday, one of the souls I did a mediumship reading for has confirmed what I was given. A picture of her granddads 2 cardigans just as I was shown and confirmation of the vision I was given with a coffee table in front of me, and a pile of crossword/ papers to the side of me!

I don’t always trust what I receive but my job is not to judge nor filter the messages. Sometimes random words pop in which make NO SENSE whatsoever. But in time, they often do!

There will be doubters, naysayers, people who take the p**s!

But I’ll keep going.

Simply get comfortable and relaxed, lie down, and let the magic happen at our agreed time. Try to prepare 5-10 minutes beforehand and ensure there are no distractions. You can light a candle, burn incense, or play some relaxing music.

Reiki works on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. It will never harm you and always works for your highest good. You may feel warmth, cold, tingles, or see colors—this is all normal. If you feel nothing, that is also normal; the Reiki is still healing you. Each session is unique. Just keep an open mind and heart.

There so much talk about “Spiritual Awakening” to become enlightened but so much of it talks about becoming aware of what’s going on in the world around us. Whilst it is imporsnt to be aware of what’s going on around us and to have a higher consciousness about it all, it’s not (in my opinion) the end goal in this life.

My passion is to guide you to awaken to your true self. That inner spark within. That light that has been dimmed through the years because of people, situations and events that have created those barriers and walls to erect around your soul essence, creating programs and behaviours to keep you safe but that no longer serve you.

The reoccurring situations, the self limiting beliefs, the over giving, lack of self care, lack of self worth, self belief and self love. The belief that you aren’t worthy, and the constant talking down about yourself.

I’m here to show you that you can break these walls down. You can choose to finally put one foot outside the walls you have created; carefully, compassionately and considered.

You can choose a new path.

Did you know that I am a Spiritual Counsellor?
No, this does not mean that I am a registered liscenced counsellor that you would go too via a GP. Let’s make that very clear. I do not support patients, I support clients. I do not diagnose nor offer medical advice. I will provide guidance and will make it clear if I feel that a client requires more than I can offer. I have studied and passed a Mental Healrh First Aid Course so I am aware of and can support you to identify if you may require something a little more than I can offer.

However, as a Spiritual Counsellor, it means that I can lend an empathetic and active listening ear to those who feel unheard or who have no one else appropriate to offload onto. I am someone removed from whatever is going on in your life, offer you a place free from the feeling of being judged and a safe space for you to feel able to fully offload and express your emotions without any percieved repercussions.

I can offer guidance and wisdom, from your guides and tuning into the spiritual realm for personal intuitive guidance for you if you would like me too.

We can develop personalised self healing practices that you can take away such as mindfulness, breathwork, EFT routines and other healing modalities if I am guided to offer these, and of course, if you are open to receive.

Sometimes I may be guided to place my hand upon you (if we are face to face) to allow the flow of healing to you or offer a distant energetic clearing (if we are distant/ online).

As a Spiritual Life Coach, we could look into your current belief systems and explore them, see which ones serve you and which ones do not.

And with my support, we can uncover their origins, heal and transmute them, opening you to new realities without them holding you back or hindering you in any way.

Today, I smelt a smell that wasn’t physically present around me.

I couldn’t put my finger on what that smell was but I can only describe it as a slight laundry scent with a sweet flowery/ talcon powder scent.

I had a moment where I felt like something was very familiar to me. It was like I went into a monetary trance like state but my consciousness couldn’t place it.

“Not everyone is ready to heal”
A message I received from my cosmic team and a truth I know all too well myself. The timing has got to be right!

I took it for granted that healing was what everyone wanted but turns out it’s not.

And there are so many reasons why this could be.

1. 𝓕𝓮𝓪𝓻 𝓸𝓯 𝓒𝓱𝓪𝓷𝓰𝓮: Healing often requires confronting and addressing painful emotions or past traumas, which can be intimidating and uncomfortable. Some people may resist healing because they fear the unknown or worry about losing their familiar coping mechanisms.

2. 𝓛𝓪𝓬𝓴 𝓸𝓯 𝓢𝓮𝓵𝓯-𝓐𝔀𝓪𝓻𝓮𝓷𝓮𝓼𝓼: Some individuals may not recognize or acknowledge their need for healing due to a lack of self-awareness or denial of their emotional struggles. Without recognizing the need for healing, they may not actively seek out support or resources to facilitate their healing process.

3. 𝓐𝓽𝓽𝓪𝓬𝓱𝓶𝓮𝓷𝓽 𝓽𝓸 𝓟𝓪𝓲𝓷: In some cases, people may become attached to their pain or suffering, viewing it as a core part of their identity or fearing that letting go of it will invalidate their experiences. This attachment can make it challenging to engage in the healing process and move towards emotional well-being.

4. 𝓔𝔁𝓽𝓮𝓻𝓷𝓪𝓵 𝓟𝓻𝓮𝓼𝓼𝓾𝓻𝓮𝓼: External factors such as societal expectations, familial dynamics, or cultural norms can influence an individual's willingness or ability to heal. Pressure to maintain a façade of strength or to prioritize others' needs over their own can inhibit someone from prioritizing their healing journey. It maybe that those around a person do not see the value in the healing taking place and may question the investment.

5. 𝓑𝓮𝓵𝓲𝓮𝓯 𝓲𝓷 𝓟𝓮𝓻𝓶𝓪𝓷𝓮𝓷𝓬𝓮: Some individuals may hold the belief that their pain or suffering is permanent and unchangeable, leading them to feel hopeless or resigned to their circumstances. This belief can create a barrier to seeking healing, as they may not see the possibility of improvement or recovery.

6- 𝓢𝓾𝓫𝓬𝓸𝓷𝓼𝓬𝓲𝓸𝓾𝓼 𝓻𝓮𝓼𝓲𝓼𝓽𝓪𝓷𝓬𝓮:
The Subconscious mind is incredible and its always striving to take the quickest and easiest route to keep the human safe. It will often make the human believe things that once would have been true in the circumstances they were created but despite a change in environment, the subconscious remains programmed a certain way.

7- 𝓘𝓽’𝓼 𝓷𝓸𝓽 𝔂𝓮𝓽 𝓸𝓷 𝓽𝓱𝓮𝓲𝓻 𝓢𝓸𝓾𝓵 𝓹𝓪𝓽𝓱:
In spiritual belief systems, individuals are seen as souls on a journey of growth and evolution. Healing may not be on someone’s path yet because their soul may be undergoing experiences necessary for its growth, which may not align with immediate healing.

Someone may feel ready to heal when they acknowledge their emotional struggles, desire positive change, have supportive relationships, achieve emotional stability, accept imperfection in the healing journey and when it’s their soul’s plan.

It’s not always easy, but it is always worth it.

We often question ourselves don’t we?

I know I have recently with feeling a bit lost. Not knowing what direction I was going in and feeling rather deflated.

Upon reflecting, I have allowed my ego to take the wheel recently to the point that I questioned my healing business.

I absolutely love channeling messages for beautiful souls, something I hadn’t done for some time.

I stepped back, stepped away and took some time out.

Sometimes that’s exactly what we need to do. Reset, recalibrate, realign and review.

It has been such a blessing to have offered some mini card readings for those in my group and just as I question my gifts, these reviews and feedback from them reconfirms that I can do it!

@Higherhealingwithserina Navigating Grief and Loss

It’s a topic often sidestepped to prevent discomfort, leading to a lack of open discussion that can harm our mental health.

It’s curious, isn’t it?

Despite being a shared human experience, it’s often treated as if it’s nonexistent because we simply do not talk about it. Not enough in my opinion, which can lead to a sense of isolation.

Grief and loss is universal yet often overlooked so as to avoid upset of others and often because we ourselves find it difficult to manage.

I know it’s painful. But the experience of grief and loss, although a very personal journey, can be navigated through with self compassion and innerstanding, leading to a journey to finding peace and hope for the future.
