The challenges of property management and why a good team in place is so important. Friday night 8pm we had a maintenance emergency at one of our properties in ipswich. Bathroom pipe had burst and flooded the bathroom and came into the kitchen ceiling causing the ceiling to collapse is some parts. Within one hour we had the flood under control and the following morning our contractors had fixed the issues as well as electrics which got damaged ! A big thanks to PPM Construction for their rapid help and Natasha our property manager, for acting so swiftly to get things back up and running for our tenants. 💪🏠🙏

Floor screed completed today. Another brilliant job by Jason Meekings with his team and a very happy customer.
