Rosy's top tip for maintaining healthy skin at home comes in the form of her 5 favourite morning supplements for skin health:

Cod Liver Oil capsules, high in omega-3 fatty acids, which are linked to many health benefits, including reduced inflammation, cardiovascular disease, arthritic joint pain and lower cholesterol. It also contains vitamins A and D, both of which provide many other health benefits. Cod Liver Oil may not be suitable for all so seek medical advice if you’re suffering with cardiac issues.

Magnesium, plays a crucial role in muscle function, the nervous system and energy production. It also helps maintain blood sugar and blood pressure but also good for brittle nails.

Selenium, an important role in reducing oxidative DNA stress , infection & protection against free radical damage. Natural Selenium can be found in foods such as Brazil nuts, organ foods & seafoods & in men, help with prostate health.

Pre and Probiotics, are foods or supplements that contain live microorganisms intended to maintain or improve the “good” bacteria (normal microflora) in the body.

1. Before going swimming in a pool or the sea, wash your hair with tap water 💦 - this helps your hair not soak up the chlorine or salt water. Your hair is like a sponge, so if it's already saturated with clean water then it won't absorb pool or sea water 🌊

2. When laying in the sun, spray a leave-in conditioner into your hair - even better is one containing UV protection - this will help to protect it from the sun's rays ☀️

I have suffered with mild Rosacea for a lot of my adult life but had started to find it was worsening, particularly over the past 12 months.

With my sister's wedding coming up and my being Maid of Honour, I felt it was the right time to do something about it - not being a big fan of make-up, I was worried that on the day of the wedding my make-up application wouldn't be flawless due to the texture in my cheeks changing slightly over the past year.

After a consultation with Rosy I decided to go for a couple of Hydrafacial treatments.

WOW - they were incredibly relaxing, but also so effective. I saw the nasties that had been extracted and, whilst it was a mildly humbling experience, it proved just how effective the treatment was in removing the impurities stored in my pores.

I went for the booster which is designed to calm the skin and reduce the redness of my cheeks and my skin was not only clearer and brighter, but also so smooth following treatment.

Having these in the lead up to the wedding meant my skin was perfect for the day, my make-up went on flawlessly and I just felt really confident for all the photos and getting up in front of everyone to do my reading. I had so many complements on my skin throughout the day and since then, too.

I am now happy without make-up on again and simply wear my SPF (a point Rosy made clear was a priority) daily and generally feel so much more confident in my own skin.

"Last year I saw Jason as I had suddenly developed a slight lack of hearing in one of my ears. Jason examined inside both of my ears and concluded that the ear canals were both free of wax or blockages but that I'd developed heavy congestion in my inner ear so he advised that I seek help via the Hearing Centre and get some nasal anti-congestion nasal spray as prescribed by them.

He was quick to fit me in and to see my ear issue and provided sound professional advice - I'd highly recommend him to anyone experiencing ear issues or looking to prioritise their ear health."

Rachel's father is a thatcher and as such his joints have experienced a considerable amount of wear and tear over the years. He's also a self-professed cynic when it comes to healing, but Rachel booked him in with Katie after seeing him experiencing more and more pain in his joints.

After his first appointment with Katie, Rachel received a call from her Dad while she was on the top of a mountain in Scotland saying 'I have no idea what she's done, but I haven't been this pain free in years!'

Me & My Hair with Kara 💚

To say I'm fussy is an understatement!

With age and menopause I've realised I need someone who has, and understands fragile hair - how to colour, tint, treat & cut is paramount as we age.

Over the years I've done and had yellow hair, a hair cut that looks like 2 or 3 styles, over-processed, definitive thick steps from highlights, feels like straw or looks khaki - so I really needed someone who understood how this happens, and was able to be consistent, whilst adapting their approach to suit age-changing hair.

I'm not one for change, but after a not-so-good haircut recently, I went to Rachel

Rachel reassured me she could correct the cut and set me on the road of being happy with my hair.

This is the first time she had cut my hair - the precision was like no other - bless her I was watching her like a hawk!
