First week at the 96 plot site in Ipswich and we've put MF grid up in 5 flats on ground floor and first floor and we're underway with board work to 2 bungalows. Plastering starts next week 👌

All recent posts of a certain job have had to be removed due to a threat being issued. We are apparently allowed to post about it once it's all finished, which at this rate will be next summer, so keep your eyes peeled for it then folks. Until then you'll just have to imagine how it looks !!
All other work will of course be posted as usual with no problems.

Delighted that we can finally announce that we have been awarded this prestigious job in Ipswich. 96 new houses and flats in Ravenswood for Gipping Construction. Earlier today we had a pre start meeting and our RAMS ( Risk Assessment / Method Statement ) have been signed off and approved. This has secured work for the rest of this year and a substantial part of 2024 aswell, and all in our local town. Super proud we have been trusted again by Gipping Construction to deliver a large project for them. Can't wait to get started on it, just aswell really as we have some MF grid to install in one of the 3 storey block of flats almost immediately !! LET'S GO !! 💪

One of our ongoing jobs right now. A large luxury house in Bealings near Ipswich. We are doing the floor screed, tacking and dot and dab, and the plastering throughout.
This coming week sees a start for the plastering work.

What can this mean ?? 🤔
We are great at what we do 🤜🤛

When others say no, we say yes, we can do it !!
This is the beginning of a process where we have to completely cover this flat concrete ceiling with multiple curved domes. What makes it so impressive is we've had to build these 'curves' out of straight metal stud sections. Also using Marmox Curve Board 20mm thick.
This area will eventually be a swimming pool / spa / sauna space as part of a much larger complex being built.
I'll share also on my personal page and tag those involved- they deserve a shout out !!

A new office extension for the management up in Great Yarmout. Nice little job floor screed, metal stud partitions, tile and grid ceiling.
Horrendous drive up there though !!! ⏳️

4 new large luxury homes for a new client in Creeting St Mary. Floor screeds, tacking , dot and dab, plastering, wall and floor tiling Internally. External each one is partly rendered ( shown in orange on the plans ).
All screeds are done and 2 plots boarded and plastered so far 👍👍

We are about to start work here on this magnificent old hall. A great modern extension plus multiple alterations inside. Floor screed, tacking , and plastering 👍
