Recently completed a job for an old school friend. Transformed a child’s bedroom ready for a new carpet. Quite a bit of prep work required to give everywhere a blank canvas for updating the bedroom.

Job completed in Harrogate this week. Quite a bit of preparation needed to sort some fairly drastic ceiling damage and wall cracks and our customer is very happy with the results.

Finished a job in Ilkley this week. Using lighter colours in the hallway has made it feel more spacious and our customer is overjoyed with the results and has already rebooked for 3 bedrooms in the summer.

Colours used were Brilliant White on the ceiling and White Cotton on the walls. Spindles and dark wooden panelling treated with 2 coats of Zinsser B.I.N stain killer, 2 coats of acrylic primer undercoat and finished off with Brilliant White Satin. Doors were finished with a coat of Fiddes Hard Wax Satin Oil.

Last weeks job completed on schedule for our customer. A lot of prep work went into getting the walls stripped, filled and sanded down.

The request was to make the area feel bigger and the customer chose a fully Brilliant White hallway with a Lamp Room Grey feature wall and finished off with Brilliant White Satin and a Black Satin handrail.

We were recently tasked with a big job to prepare and decorate the Parish Room in Kildwick for Coffee and Crumbs in anticipation for a new cafe. As you can see it has undergone a huge transformation with a big assist from David Ramsden & Chris Lumsden.

A lot of preparation was required to make everything ready to paint and wallpaper.

Colours used were Farrow & Ball Shaded White and Green Smoke and were applied with a Durable Matt to withstand cleaning.
Woodwork and windows were finished in Brilliant White Satin.

It was a pleasure to see how it turned out and our customers are very happy and kept us provided with the best coffees and sandwiches in Yorkshire.

Finished photos from a recent job in Leeds. Lovely weather for it and managed to fall off the hot tub but unfortunately didn’t fall in it.

Finished a 2 week job on Thursday with a very happy customer. Redecoration of a staircase and landing, 2 bedrooms and a kitchen including laying the laminate flooring in time for new carpets to be fitted.

Paint colours throughout were Brilliant White ceilings, Pointing for the walls and both Matchstick and Cooking Apple Green for the panelling that was supplied and fitted by Ben Loftus Joinery and finished off with a Brilliant White Eggshell for the doors, spindles, handrail, window boards and skirting.

Also had a little assistant on the job who kept trying to get in the paint pot and sulked when he wasn’t allowed. 🐈

Latest job finished in Guiseley last week. A cellar conversion completed by JF Joinery & Ben Loftus Joinery turning the space into a utility room and a useful relaxation area.

Bedroom, Landing and Staircase redecorated over the last week. Third time back to my customer so we must be doing something right.
Bedroom colours were Brilliant White for the ceiling and Farrow & Ball Oval Room Blue for the walls

Hallway colours were again Brilliant White for the ceiling but Elephant’s Breath on the walls this time and the woodwork finished off with Joah’s White Satin Finish. Brews delivered at regular intervals for extra bonus points.

This weeks job was a big one. Total redecoration of a very large front room approximately 10m x 6m.
A lot of prep work involved including stripping the walls and ceiling. Then filling all the holes and cracks and using a couple of electric sanders to make the walls smooth.
Colour choices were White ceiling, Skimming Stone on the walls, white satin finish on the windows and magnolia satin finish on the rest of the woodwork.

Recently undertook a decoration of a remodelled cellar completed by JF Joinery. A lovely job and a very satisfied customer.
White ceilings with French Grey walls and finished off with Brilliant White Satin for the woodwork and French Grey Satin for the cupboard casing and doors.

Really enjoyed this weeks job. Customer kept me topped up with brews so that’s definitely a plus point.

Total redecoration of a living room and sunroom extension. A lovely contrast of colours consisting of Gentle Slumber for the ceilings and Brown Owl for the majority of the sunroom and living room with a single feature wall in Rugged Olive.
Both sunroom and living room woodwork and doors finished off with a White Satin finish.

A few from this weeks job after a recommendation from JF Joinery. Shelving and doors coated 2 times in charcoal grey primer/undercoat and finished off with a Satin finish colour Thunderclouds. Doors removed and painted separately. Skirting boards changed from white to Thunderclouds to carry on the colour from the front room.

Completed a redecoration of a large front room last week in time for a new bio ethanol fireplace being installed. Polished Pebble for the majority of the walls with the feature painted in Proud Peacock and finished off with White Satin
