A return visit to a great, long-standing customer in Wakefield.

We painted the entire exterior at the beginning of the year and then returned on Monday to add the black details (among other things). The customer has a keen eye for detail and knew something was missing.

Two black moldings were painted and now tie in the rest of the black around the property.

Another stunning property was completed this week.
These were some of the nicest customers we have had.

Quite a bit of heavy preparation was needed for the windows, but they came up fantastically.

The windows and cladding were completed in Dulux Ultimate Opaque in Moss Gray.

Now, on to the gate! This was a 50/50 chance to replace or repair. We repaired it at a fraction of the cost of new gates, and now it has years of life left in it.

A lot of chopping out, replacing timber, and resin repair work was done using Repair Care International UK products. They are my go-to for all my exterior projects.

Another big external done in Rowthorne, Chesterfield.

4 days in total and it also had a barn to the left.

Had the new banner out and had a few people slow down and read so seemed to work quite well, very cheap advertising!

Beautiful house in York completed for a lovely couple and repeat customers.

Completed in six days, start to finish, by two men!

All windows were sanded, filled, caulked, and also had a lot of resin repair to damaged windows which saved them from being replaced. They were spot primed, undercoated, and glossed.

Did you know, we at KMJ Decor repair and paint external wooden windows and external timber, meaning 1 trade person from start to finish to repair, Prepare and paint.

At first sight, rotten timber can be daunting, and often the first thought is REPLACE. Well, we prefer to REPAIR.

With a resin repair care system, we can repair rotten windows, doors and any other external timber.

Step 1 is to cut out the rot!

Step 2 we harden the timber with a wood hardener and preservative.

Step 3 we apply resin and mold this to the shave of the original cut out.

Step 4 we sand down and paint.
