A recent build we completed alongside a couple of friends and there teams , Dave applayard ltd , and Hemrock construction ltd ,,, one big team effort made for a fantastic build 👍👍

And that’s it another one done and ready for 2nd fix electrics / kitchen and cloak room ,,, onto the next project we go 👍

Our current job is a few days off being complete, all first fix electrics and plumbing in place , the plasterers are doing there thing as we speak , and the kitchen is due for delivery 👍. Remember it doesn’t have to be a massive extension, a little one makes a lot of difference with some wall removals and a new layout.

Little update on this one , the weather is against all us outside builders at the minute , but we need to do what we can to stick to those deadlines 👍

Step 1 = Old shambles down 😂 step 2 = Hand dig the footings for the new footprint💪🏻

New job started today , single story rear extension with bifold doors, and a large scale internal wall removal to make way for a stunning kitchen dinner on this lovely old stone terraced property 👌
