I am initially holding this to support my sister and niece and you are all welcome to receive too xx All you need to do at 9 is to take a moment to relax, close your eyes, maybe pop on some incense and some music. Then be open to receiving, I’ll visualise you receiving the blanket and will continue to send Reiki for around 15mins.

Hip pain ? What a menace it is 😣

Deep tissue massage helps to break down the adhesions in hip muscles, which results in reducing pain, tension and effects of knots in the gluteus Medius and minimus muscles and restoring normal mobility of hip joint.
During the early stage of massage therapy, individuals may feel pain in hips, lower back, buttocks or even legs but they will gradually subside as the frequency of the therapy sessions increases.
Deep tissue massage focuses on realignment of the connective tissue layers and deep muscles, which helps in relieving chronic hip pain.

𝐃𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐓𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐞 𝐯𝐬 𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠e

𝐃𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐓𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐞 massage is all about using firm pressure to reach the body’s deeper muscle fibres. Pressure starts off gentle but increases during the treatment. The aim of the treatment is to reduce tension and stiffness. I can focus on releasing knots and may spend much of the treatment working on a specific area. However, some clients opt for a Deep Tissue massage for relaxation purposes, in those cases I won’t focus on releasing knots.

𝐒𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞 is not just for sports people. This treatment is more targeting and focuses on treating minor and chronic injuries. A Sports Massage can also help when the goal is to improve your posture. I use a wider range of techniques, including active and passive stretching. I zone in on problem areas, and treatment of a single area can take up most of your session.

Both Deep Tissue and Sports Massage can be uncomfortable at times, given the levels of pressure you ask for. It is not uncommon to be a little sore after a deep tissue massage, but it should ease over the course of 72 hours after your treatment.

And here it is - my VCTC certificate in Sports massage - This is where and how my Soul Journey story began 👍🏻🎉 I can’t believe it has only been 3 months since this course finished - what an incredibe journey I have had in such a short space of time since I passed this course . I have successfully set up my very own micro business in this short space of time with a file of 40+ clients - everyday I am grateful for my journey, my clients , my teachers and my continuing journey 💆
