Most of us find it increasingly difficult to obtain an adequate diet of micronutrients. Nowadays, the amount of essential nutrients included in fruit and vegetables sold in the UK is approximately half that of 1940.
The types of crops grown by commercial farmers today are very different from those grown in the past. Modern farming practises are hazardous to our health because they expose us to pesticides and other dangerous chemicals and deplete the soil of vital nutrients.

BWRT is my latest offering and this journey began in 2020 where anxiety and grief were at its hight. I would never have been able to support others though grief had I not had BWRT myself for the loss of my dad, even though he had been gone for 20 years. I was supporting a lovely lady last week in my clinic who was forgetting what she wanted to say, among other things. Her brain felt a bit fuzzy and no longer clear. We had been balancing her hormones and emotional turmoil along side this I noticed that she would hold her breathe and not breathe deeply. We practiced belly breathing. I tested for hydration and discovered that sh was also dehydrated. This truly highlighted the brains need for water and breath, so this week my lovey, do make sure you drink plenty of fresh water a day and breathe deeply throughout the day. This will help every cell in your body including your brain.
Pain attention to your breath, you might think you breathe deeply enough and very often we don’t. Give it a try and see over time how it can help you. Also make sure you drink fresh water throughout out the day.

Are you ready for change?
What will you be focusing on this more to support yourself as we move into winter?
What changes will you be making to support your health and wellbeing?
It might well be getting colder and don't forget you still need water to support your cells.
You might need to up your nutritional supplements, especially is your diet isn't nutritionally rich.
You might want to address any food intolerances you have to support your gut through the winter months.
I don't know about you, I will be making sure my gut health is great, my immune system is strong and my lymphatic system is clearing all the crap. These are key areas of your body that support your overall health.
I will be keeping a track on my health by using the p*e sticks. I haven't spoken about these for a while and I am loving checking what I need to do to support my health and wellbeing. I have been shocked by the results as I consider myself to be healthy. As a kinesiologist and therapist I have the tools to support myself and yet, still have imbalances, we all do.
The key here is, be mindful or what is going on in your body and don't take your health for granted.

How do you communicate with yourself and other?
The Throat Chakra is associated with our self expression, communication, wisdom and creativity. When in balance we communicate with ease. We naturally express ourselves and our ideas.
When we are out of balance we struggle to express ourselves and find it hard to get our point across, which can leave us angry, frustrated and angry.
I had a lovely young client the other day who was left feeling just this. She was being bullied at school and was able to finally walk away from the situation, although she felt angry and frustrated with herself because she couldn't tell them exactly how she felt.
A wonderful lady has been leaning The Balance Procedure with me and was struggling with colleagues at work, on top of this her job is very demanding. Having learnt to balance using the symbol cards and to focus on what she wants rather than what she doesn't want this changed everything. We then focused on the language she was using and it changed her energy, focus, how others responded to her and indeed everything. She is having the best time using her cards and see all the changes in herself and around her. 💚

The other day, I included some of these in my diet, I had a kale and ginger, amongst other ingredients, juice, delicious, and a tasty potato, leek, cauliflower and broccoli soup, one of our staples.
