After completing an EICR at the property, we returned to carry out the required remedial work, which included the installation of a new Fusebox 10-way DB w SPD.

We recently completed the installation of a Paxton Net2 Entry system for a commercial client in Kettering. Our works included the supply and installation of a Net2 PoE+ ACU, Entry panel w Rainhood, x2 Net 2 Entry Premium monitor's w desk mount, maglock, and a dual BGU PTE unit.

As a result of our installation, the client can now manage and monitor entry to their site with ease. The Paxton Net2 has been developed to be straightforward and intuitive, and Net2 software is easy to use.

Net2 is an advanced PC-based access control solution. Our Net2 software offers centralised administration and control of sites with up to 1,000 doors and 50,000 users.

Earlier this week we completed the installation of a Paxton Net2 Vandal Resistant Door Entry System for a local Nursery. Their old unit was beyond repair and the system required some TLC due to the poor standard of installation by the previous installer.

We completed the installation to a high standard and the customer was delighted with our work.

Today we carried out an electrical installation for an alloy wheel refurbishment firm in Milton Keynes that required an additional supply for a new lathe. ⚡️⚡️

Our work included running 50m of 6mm 3core NYY clipped to existing tray work, fitting two 16a commando sockets, and wiring in a new Proteus C32 RCBO. On completion, a BS 7671 electrical installation certificate was issued. ✅

𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐬! 🚨🚨

We offer EICRs for both domestic and commercial properties with prices starting from £195. But, what is an EICR?

Landlords must supply a copy of a valid EICR to all tenants at the beginning of the tenancy, when issuing a new contract (including renewals), and also to any prospective tenant, if asked, within 28 days of receiving a written request.

An EICR must include:
- The results of the inspection and test (satisfactory or unsatisfactory)
- If applicable, a list of observations requiring remedial work or further investigation
- The date the next inspection and test is due by

Once completed your EICR will be valid for up to five years and/or change of tenancy, whichever comes first. At the end of 5 years, you will need to renew your report, at this point, you will have 28 days to provide a copy of the new certificate to any sitting tenants.

A few weeks back we were asked to complete an EICR on a property for an Estate agent who had a change of tenancy. For this reason, it was important the properties electrics were up to standard.

Considering the property was built within the last 5 years we were shocked by the poor standard of installation and graded the system unsatisfactory. When buying a new build you would expect your property to be up to standard and safe but unfortunately, this was not the case.

Fortunately, there aren't major remedial works required at this property but there's enough to require a re-visit.

We offer EICRs from £175+VAT and guarantee a 2-day turnaround of the certificate as well as a quote for any remedial works required.

Our work has provided the client with three-phase charging exclusive to their staff, fleet, and visitor vehicles. One of the most important aspects of this installation was the Sevadis ALM unit.
