Today was a lovely busy day, full of facials, manicures, pedicures & massages.

I just wanted to share how lucky I am, my day started with a lovely gift of a honeysuckle plant that a client grew from a cutting as she knew how much I love the smell and we had talked about one at my parents house that I love and miss the smell. Such a lovely surprise and can’t wait for it to grow in my garden. Thank you Penny 🙏

The lovely Dani did an incredible fix on my poorly back in-between clients. Thank you 🙏 so much ❤️

And my last client brought massive slices of homemade cake 🍰 that we had together with a cuppa, which was much needed at the the end of a busy day and was delicious 🥰 thank you Charlotte and Sara ❤️ I think all manicures should have cake from now on 🍰

Then when I got home I found a parcel with a gorgeous T shirt that I have no idea who it’s from and I ended the day with a lovely glass of Prosecco with my gorgeous hubby and snuggles on the sofa with Wicket 🥂 ❤️ 🐶

On our 5hr car travels to see nanny & papa at the beginning of the week. we heard it advertised on the radio. He was so excited we swung into the next service station and he brought a bag and he carefully checked each crisp. But no ❤️ found.
At his grandparents they had lots of walkers crisps so we consumed a lot to search for a ❤️ especially as it was love day ❤️. Still no luck, but nanny gave us a packet for our long journey home yesterday and oh my gosh the excitement when he found one 🥰❤️

A new initiative by designed to help keep you, our clients safe when you book beauty treatments.

Why? A lack of legislation in the UK beauty industry means there is nothing to stop someone with little or No training offering beauty treatments, which could lead to potentially dangerous complications. T.I.M.E is a regulatory checklist that you can ask to ensure your therapist meets a safe criteria and has prof of training, insurance and monitoring pre and post treatment care.

TRAINING- what training & qualifications, do you have?

INSURANCE- Are you insured & who by?

MONITORING- Do you carry out important pre and post appointment processes such as a patch test, consultation & after care?

EVIDENCE- Can you provide certified proof of training & insurance & client testimonials.

We know it may be daunting to ask, but remember, any trusted professional will be more than happy to take T.I.M.E to share this with you.
