Myth: Wearing your glasses makes your eyesight worse / your eyes lazy...

Truth: This is an old wives' tale! Wearing the correct prescription will not make your eyes worse - although certain conditions (like nearsightedness) can worsen with time, that's completely normal. What often happens is your eyes get used to your glasses, so when you don't wear them your uncorrected vision *feels* worse...

In short, wear your glasses 😂🤓 Happy Friday!
