This is where it started! 🔥
This is where my love for coaching began, the very first time I walked an athlete into the ring was a feeling I’ll never forget and I’m really lucky that young athlete was my brother.
So much has happened since then. Progressional development, obtaining my Strength & Conditioning qualification, working behind the scenes in many different martial arts gyms around the country, and now being on my own, creating my own business from the ground up.
The journey hasn’t stopped, it’s just started! And now it’s my turn!
