Another great event with a Moroccan themed menu. Lamb tagine with apricots, batata harra, couscous, chicken with preserved lemons and tomato salad.

I'm so glad to be back tonight and tomorrow from 6:30pm with my Vietnamese menu. My last week before the new year and I'll be in the kitchen cooking some great dishes for you all.

Next week is katsu curry week!

Orders needed by 12 pm Tuesday for collection Thursday 1-5 pm from KT5 8TB or after 6 pm from The Lamb Surbiton. Where I'll be cooking my Vietnamese menu which is also available for take away.

From 6:30pm tonight with some great music from 7:30 too.

This week in Emma's kitchen I'll be cooking a spicy sichuan beef stew made with fermented bean paste and sichuan peppercorns, the vegan dish is Thai green curry with Thai aubergines. Orders needed by 12pm Tuesday for collection from KT5 8TB on Thursday 3:30-8pm. Thanks Emma

Decided to cook my focaccia in a cake tin this time and it improved the crust and looks a bit like Cake 😁
