If the idea of sitting in an indoor space doesnโ€™t fit with you, why not arrange a โ€˜walk & talkโ€™ session?
Experiencing the outdoors can bring a feeling of freedom & space, important elements in freeing the inner thoughts & feelings, that may be holding you back ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿฆ‹

As scary and unsettling as the Coronavirus situation is, we need to keep looking forward.
Keep focusing on the light at the end of the tunnel. There will always be sunshine again. It might seem far away, it might seem out of reach but it will be there again soon.
All the measures being taken might be shaking up our daily routine and unnerving us, but they are necessary for our combined safety.
This sense of community needs to spread across the country and world, so we can tackle this invisible foe and get back to some sense of normality.
Stay safe and healthy everyone x

Stay at home as much as you can.
Consider those who are vulnerable/at greater risk, our amazing frontline workers and health professionals.
Stop unecessary trips or gatherings.
We all need to work together on this. ๐Ÿก๐Ÿ’•

Remember to take time to breathe & not leave yourself in the bottom of the cup ๐Ÿ’š๐ŸŒฟ

We all have our own individual capacity cup, and generally it contains things like things like caring for our family, working, studying, life admin, maintaining friendships, hobbies, housework, meeting all sorts of deadlines and so on and so on. There are hundreds of moving parts to all of these elements, and they're all sloshing around inside our cup. Day to day, our cups are usually already pretty full...and then, along comes Christmas. It adds so much more to our cup - with its extra demands, changes to our routine and loaded expectations. When our capacity cup is full, overflowing even, and we find ourselves becoming irritable, emotional, stressed and fed-up, we need to rid ourselves of some of the things we've taken on. Does so and so really need an extra gift? Do you need to prepare the whole meal alone, from scratch? Do you have to do that tradition that no-one really enjoys anymore? Get rid of some of that extra stuff, and give yourself room to breathe.
