The customer had a leak through the ceiling. 💦

We found the reason was poor installation of the stud wall, boarding, and cladding. The wall could be pushed in behind the taps, opening a huge gap for water to escape under the bath and then through the kitchen ceiling. 🫨😳😱

We put everything right. 👌

💦Fresh water was leaking from a urinal in a school. We found some "creative" work from the original installer using silicone instead of the correct fittings. 🙈
We repiped as necessary to resolve the leak. 👐

Called to a wet patch that appeared on the lounge ceiling late on in the evening.

We found the leak coming from the basin supply pipe. We repiped it as necessary.
