Conversion completed last week; old fire back boiler has been taken out, cylinder and feed expansion tanks removed from the loft. We boarded the loft to gain good access for servicing and maintenance for engineers and manufacturers to work safely and comply with regulations with the new boiler installation. The customers old inefficient back boiler with hot water cylinder, carry 5 litres a minute on the hot water flow rate tap outlets, which was very poor. The new ideal logic max 30kw installed, now gives 12 litres a minute for the customer with 10 year parts and labour fully warranty

Boiler installation from last week👍
Old inefficient baxi solo 2 conventional boiler. Very inefficient 68% radiators never give off the full potential and hot water flow rates was very poor at 5 litres a minute.
New ideal logic plus combination boiler 94% efficient with halo smart thermostat
