It’s snowing❄️ today and freezing 🥶 Time to eat something to warm you up 🔥 Let’s try this super easy and healthy Malaysia / Singapore style mixed soup based with pork ribs。(also called Bak k*t teh)!

Ingredients
Pork ribs 800g
Bak k*t teh soup base 1 pack
Garlic 2 cloves
Dried shiitake 4 (can be skipped)

Seasoning
Light soy sauce 1 tablespoon
Dark soy sauce 2 tablespoons
Oyster sauce 1 tablespoon

1. Cut the pork ribs into the size you like, blanch for 3 mins then rinse
2. Soak the dried shiitake in water until they are soft. Cut into half.
3. Rinse all the ingredients in the soup base then put into a pot, add 1.5 litre of water, simmer for 30 mins
4. Add pork ribs, garlic, shiitake and seasoning into the pot, simmer for 60 - 90 mins.
5. Add some salt when needed. It’s ready to serve! 😋

天氣咁凍，最啱食個暖笠笠肉骨茶🥰做法好簡單，快啲試吓😋

材料
排骨 800g
肉骨茶湯包 一包
蒜頭 2粒
冬菇 4個

調味
生抽 1茶匙
老抽 2茶匙
蚝油 1茶匙

1. 將排骨成想要的大小，放入水中開火煮至水滾後出水2分鐘，撈出洗淨備用
2. 冬菇浸軟，切半，備用
3. 將湯包中所有材料沖洗後加入至1.5升的水中，煮滾後轉小火煲30分鐘
4. 將排骨，蒜頭，冬菇及調味加入煲中，煮滾後轉小火煮60-90分鐘
5. 試味，需要時加小許鹽調味，可以開飯啦😋

October is the season of pumpkin 🎃 Did you know pumpkin and curry can make a wonderful combination?

Let’s try this easy and delicious curry pumpkin recipe💌 You can skip the minced pork to make it vegan 🌱

Ingredients
One cooking culinary pumpkin
Minced pork 200g
Golden curry mix 36g
Curry powder 3 teaspoons
Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
Garlic 3 cloves
Half of an onion
1. Peel the pumpkin and cut it into thick slice (about 1.5cm). Steam for 10 mins. Cut it into smaller cubes.
2. Chop the garlic and onion into small chunks
3. Heat the pan with medium heat and add some cooking oil, put the minced pork into the pan, fry for 2 minutes then another 2 minutes for the other side, stir fry it until mostly brown, put aside in a plate
4. Heat the pan with medium heat, add some cooking oil and stir fry the garlic and onions until golden. Add the curry powder and cumin powder into the pan and stir fry it until you can smell the aroma.
5. Add the pumpkin,minced pork and 200ml water into the pan. Dissolve the Golden curry mix in hot water then add the mix into the pan too. Add more water when needed.
6. Cook until the pumpkin is soft and add one teaspoon of soy sauce when needed. It’s ready to serve!
⭐️Stirring fry the curry powder to release the aroma brings it to the next level.💯
⭐️Always dissolve the curry mix in hot water instead of throwing it into the pan directly 😎

Seaweed Soup recipe🥘English version available ⬇️

紫菜蛋花湯，一直心思思想要飲，終於到貨啦，老闆同老闆娘兩個人飲左一大煲😁

材料
紫菜餅 半包
蛋 2隻
免治豬肉 少量

1. 紫菜略沖水後浸泡20分鐘
2. 煮沸約1 L水後加入豬肉，攪散以免成大塊
3.水再煮沸後加入紫菜，煮約10分鐘後加入適量鹽，胡椒粉，雞粉
4.打散兩個雞蛋，一邊攪拌一邊慢慢倒入，兩次煮沸得就可以開飯啦😋

Quick and tasty Seaweed soup

Ingredients
1/2 pack of seaweed (about 25g)
Two eggs
A little minced pork(can skip if you don’t like pork)

1. Rinse the seaweed with a coriander then soap it for 20 minutes
2. Bring 1L of water to boil, add the mince pork, stir to avoid the pork stick together
3. When the water boils again, add the seaweed and cook for about 10 minutes, add salt, white pepper and chicken powder, to taste
4. Mix two eggs, stir when add them to the soup slowly. When the soup boils again, it’s ready to serve! 😋
