This wasn’t what our client wanted to see on a Tuesday morning, where they reported that a rat had wondered into one of the rooms at there domesticated then ran over the bed!

A short drive to Castleford we arrived with our trained K9 employee who soon set to work to locate the hiding ratWithin a minute Poppy located the hiding rat in a storage box then soon dispatched.

When our clients landlords didn’t want to help this tenant they had to source a local pest controller who was willing to help.

The call came to our team where was was on site to assist on tackling these pesky wasps that had been coming form behide the boiler.

The first stage of this was to locate where the wasp nest was, in this case the wasp were nesting in an airvent to the over side of the window.

An insecticide powder was blown into the airvent & all remaining wasps that manged to get in to the kitchen were sorted.

When our client (landlord) of this property opened the door they were greater with this….

After there tenants did a moon light flip, unfortunately for our client they noticed fleas jumping around the main door so refused to walk in so a quick call to our company we soon assistanced

The full property was to assessed where a spray was firstly conducted to knock door some of the jumping fleas near the doorways. the next stage of this will be to empty the property then conduct multiple spray treatments.

When our good friends at APCS active pest control solutions couldn’t get out straight away they made a quick call to ourselves where we were able to assist there client in tackling a rat that had unfortunately been brought in by there pet cat.

Within a matter of 35 minutes of the first initial phone call, our technician was on site with our working type Lakeland terrier (Poppy) who soon set about on locating the hiding rat.

Poppy soon located & dispatched the rat within the set of draws where it somehow managed to climb at the back then hide.

When a local pest control company failed to locate & treat this large active wasp nest which was located in the soffit over in the Belle Isle area of Leeds, our client had to do a bit more searching on Google who then found our company.

Our technician turned up found the area where the wasps were entering then inserted insecticide powder resulting in a target hit.

An unbelievable sized wasp nest treated then removed over in the Robin Hood area. Our client initially for these were hornets due to the size of the new Queens emerging.

On arrival, we estimate was to be over 4ft long & 3ft wide.

By looking at the short clip attached, you’ll see a few coins coming at us from the nest and also a couple of female workers.

All in all it took our technician half an hour to survey the loft space for any nesting bird or bats treat them fully remove.

An evening spent treating a very large active wasp nest over in the woodlesford area of Leeds.

Many nest queens have started to emerge with powder on which indicates that these have been there a couple of months.

The wasps within the cavity wall were becoming very aggressive due to The New Queens being born.

A frantic phone call from a very concern home owner over in the south milford area of Leeds, stating that hundreds of wasps had suddenly started to appear via a small Ingress hole in the celling of the main bedroom.

When our technician soon arrived on site they were astonished on how many had actually come through the small hole.

A thorough inspection of the loft space was conducted to locate where the main nest wasx after successfully treating the wasps & removing all content, you see where the worker wasps had chewed through trying to expand the nest.

Another active wasp nest treated over in the Springs area of Leeds where our client had noticed a couple of wasp perking round the corner of the outer house.

On our in-depth inspection the nest was inside the the roof space with no access an insecticide powder was blasted to treat the nest.

As you can see these angry wasps aren’t taking any mercy on our technician, whilst our tech was stood these wasps were infact kamikazing into the veil then trying to sting.

After attending a domesticated property in the Barnsley area due to our client Tenant hearing strange flapping noises coming from the lost space.

An Ingress point was found to the external of the roof where a number of tiles had unfortunately been damaged when the neighbours roof had been getting replaced.

Three feral pigeons were located in the loft space, no nesting sites were found just roosting sites.

𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲

🕊️A roofer will be on site to fix the ingress point where the pigeons have gained enter, the pigeons will also be pushed out of the ingress point before the roofer proofs up the ingress point

🕊️We’ve advised our client that a full fumigate of the loft space would need to be conducted due to bird mite & the build of pigeon guano (which is highly hazardous)

When surveying for rodent activity (rats) at domesticated property over in the Sandal area of Wakefield our technician was appalled on the findings what a previous local pest control company had done to try & control the problem.

After spending nearly an hour removing part of the decking 2 ingress points were found which lead to the foundations of the property.

Over 600g of loose rodenticide grain bait (poison) was also found thrown under the decking, please note our client had pets which then found a deceased poisoned rat lucky enough out client removed it before the dog could eat it.

𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲

🐀An inspection of the full garden & property was carried out establish how the rats had gained entry multiple ingress were identified

🐀A proper in-depth camera drain server was recommend to our client to eliminate the drains even tho there we’ve 2 ingress points found on site under the decking, this is because the property as multiple extensions & a lot
of drainage add ins

🐀A trapping program was also set up under the decking to control the infestation, no traps were placed in the property at present due to not being able to access thst part of the loft where our client are hearing the noises (we’ve advised on possibly cutting sections in the ceiling in order to place traps up there by a qualified plasterer)

🐀Our client has advised that in time before the program ends the decking
Will be fully taken up then lay Indian stone down to reduce the rats coming back to nest

When a tenant of a local Leeds lettinging agency complain due to receiving bites in the middle of night we quickly jumped in to action where we conducting an in-depth site survey on what was biting the tenant.

On arrival we noticed large build up of black garden ants coming from under the shower try, with the help of there plumber we soon established where the ants were coming from.

Hundreds of flying ant queens were found along with thousands of workers scattered through the flat, a plan was put in place to control the ants & queens.

🐜 A spray treatment was conducted to reduce the flying queens & a lot of workers that were tracking all over

A lovely steady drive out to the Selby area where unfortunately for the cattery owners noticed a large presence of wasps congregating round one of corners of the conservatory.

With no access to this part of the roof/loft space to remove the nest an insecticide powder was applied.
