Gonna start throwing more workouts on here💯

Big session down at training shoulders and triceps.

Workout:
1) DB Shoulder Press: 3 x 12,10,8
2) Side Laterals superset Front Raises: 4 x 10-12 + drop set.
3) Hammer Strength Shoulder Press: 3 x 12,10,8
4) Reverse Peck Deck: 3 x 12-15
5) Reverse Cable Grip Push Downs: 4 x 12
6) Close Grip Bench Press: 3 x 10-12

4 WEEKS IN!💯

As you can see. Lockdown absolutely sent me down fat man Lane with daily drinking, takeaways every over day, smoking with no exercise at all and no proper nutrition.

Now I’ve turned it around and in just 4 weeks I’ve GAINED weight yet dropped body fat. Don’t tell yourself you can’t look better with no gym.

With the right nutrition going in, burning enough calories each day and smashing out your workouts daily. You CAN achieve goals.

Staying indoors like the government asked you to do is not healthy. Breathing fresh air for just one hour a day isn’t healthy. Having a 800kcal diet plan is not healthy. Everything the government has recommended towards your health, is not healthy. Because if health and safety actually mattered, cigs would be banned. Fast food restaurants would be out of business and a workout to help out plan would be put in place. Not free delivery on just eat.

It’s up to you if you want to be healthy. It’s up to you if you want to feel good about yourself, feel healthier within yourself. Looking good and feeling good. Only you can make that happen.

Not long now until gyms reopen and we get back on track to becoming healthier!

Anybody out there that’s working day and night to get where they want to be in life, don’t slow down, don’t stop. People are clapping for you, even through all the s**t that comes with becoming successful. The failed attempts, the knock downs, the injury’s, the stress, tiredness, depression, debt. Whatever bulls**t that’s being thrown your way to try and stop you. Tomorrow is another day. Another day closer to be becoming who you want to be in life, where you want to be in life. Keep pushing, keep grinding.

The only person who you need to be worried about talking s**t to you is yourself. Don’t let negative thoughts or bulls**t excuses get in the way of who you are and where you want to be in life. It’s You vs You!

With the gyms still shut And no guarantee this lockdown will end and things will be back to normal any time soon. I’ve lowered the prices of PT sessions Massively to help everyone who may be struggling financially or mentally.
I don’t believe it’s fare to charge full price when we’re not in a gym and have to use what we can.

In these times, not a lot of people can afford full price, I get that. So I’m here to help, giving you more for less!

Getting outdoors and graftin for that 60 minutes will put you in a different mindset. Clearing your mind, giving yourself a vision of change that you may be needing right now or just that break of getting out the house and having a better reason than just going to the shops.

It’s time to make them changes that stop us becoming the best version of ourselves.

“Dry January” F**k it off because you’ll only drink twice as much in February. Don’t cut out what you enjoy. Work hard and eat right, then you can still enjoy that drink on the weekend.

Early Start - Get up before anyone els in the house. Finish that workout before most people even start work. Be better than who you were in 2020 and not only will you see results physically but your mind set will be in a different league!

Confidence - A big one for manny people. To walk in a gym with plenty of other people around you can be challenging for manny. My goal in 2021 is to build a home facility where I can train 1-1 Clients Privately in order to help them achieve there goals whilst building that confidence in yourself.

Consistency - Give yourself just 14 days. 14 days of sticking to a Personalised Nutrition & Training plan and the results will have you cutting out them cigs. The extra drinks on the weekend. The fast food that’s gonna make you feel like s**t after. 14 Consistent day will soon turn into 14 weeks and you’ll be in the best shape of your life.
