I am very pleased to share that after a year of studying and many hours writing assignments I have achieved a Level 4 Certificate in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with Distinction.
I am excited to now be able to use this to extend the counselling services I provide by offering CBT methods and techniques as part of my work.

My membership of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) has been upgraded. I was previously an individual member, but having met the necessary requirements and passed their exam I am now a fully registered member and am listed on their register of therapists.
I have increased my availability for appointments due to current demand. I now have additional weekday slots available as well as evenings/weekends. Please contact me for further details or to book a first appointment.

On World Baby Loss Awareness Day join in the wave of light at 7pm this evening to create a circle of light world wide in memory of all the little babies gone too soon.
Today is World Mental Health Day so I’m sharing this to continue to raise awareness of this incredibly important subject.
A lot of time people who are struggling with mental health issues hide their emotions and say they’re fine when they are anything but fine. A kind word or act of kindness, however small it might seem to you, could make all the difference to somebody else 🥰
