Trovidur® EC Clad PVCU sheet is hygienic, food-contact safe, cost effective and easy to install. The range includes white plus six new colours - buttermilk beige, arctic blue, mink grey, pewter grey, ocean blue and peppermint green.

Its construction is highly resistant to chemicals and class 1 fire rated. A fire certificate and warranty is available on request. ⚗ 🔥

Reduce, reuse and recycle the Green Cast way

For the past ten years Madreperla has worked to become more sustainable. All Green Cast products can be recycled back to their original raw material countless times without losing any of their optical, mechanical or thermal properties ♻️

That’s a win for the manufacturer, suppliers, distributors, customers and end users 🏆

Green Cast sheets conform to ISO 7823.1 and Madreperla holds a Type III Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) certificate and the ISO 9001 (production).

How is it recycled?
• PMMA scraps and end-of-life products are collected by Amari Plastics and sent back to Madreperla in Italy.
• The PMMA is reground, depolymerised, transformed into liquid and distilled to remove impurities. This process creates 100% regenerated raw material.
• Then the carbon-neutral production cycle starts again to create 100% recycled materials.

AMARI SUSTAINABLE RANGE - GREENCAST ♻️💚🌍

Here is the first product in the sustainable range that we will take a closer look at; Greencast acrylic.

100% recycled and 100% recyclable cast acrylic sheets complying
with ISO 7823.1. It is long-lasting and looks, performs, and fabricates
just like virgin acrylic. With the same optical, mechanical and thermal
characteristics as virgin acrylic, it can be recycled back to raw
material without losing any of its original properties.

The carbon neutral manufacturing process uses renewable energy including water regeneration that reduces up to 76% of CO2 emissions and up to 90% of other impacts.
