This is another double storey extension we are currently working on in Brighouse.

The previous conservatory was demolished and is being replaced with a new double storey extension and single storey rear extension.

This extension will make both upstairs bedrooms a lot bigger and make a massive difference to the customers house.

Another double storey extension we are currently building in Upper Batley, this build is coming on nicely with the roof nearly complete.

A small porch completed in Cleckheaton. The customer wanted this porch building so that they could have a downstairs toilet installed. We did just that!!!
What a difference this has made. Especially with the new render 🪚🔨🧱👷🏼‍♂️

Another double storey side extension and a single storey rear extension finished in cleckheaton. The customer had also been having issues with a rear roof which was leaking very badly. We stripped the roof off fully. Altered the pitch of the roof and tiled it back in creating a vaulted ceiling inside complete with 2 opening Velux windows. 👷🏼‍♂️🪚🧱

We demolished the existing extension and replaced it with a new bigger extension along with the kitchen fit.

An absolutely fantastic transformation from what it used to look like 🧱

On this job we knocked down an internal wall and installed a steel, turned a window into a French door and fitted the kitchen, definitely a massive transformation to create a spacious kitchen/dining room

New joists and floor installed,new steelwork installed and sectioned the room off to create 2 extra bedrooms, our joiners also did a cracking job of making the skirting and architrave from
Scratch to enable us to match in with the existing skirting and architrave around the property.

Garage coming on nicely,block and stone work all finished now aswell as the roof trusses ready for the roof to the tiled, completion pictures to follow 🧱

On with the foundations and drainage for the first extension in Helmsley.

What a transformation!! this customers garden was sloping away from their property and wanted the garden levelling off so they could decide on what garden layout they will be wanting in the future.

A little boundary wall built ready for the copings and rendering to be done in Helmsley (North Yorkshire)
Now onto the extension and garage.

Another extension well on the way, what a massive difference it has made to the customers property with 2 velux windows and bifold doors ready to install to let the light shine in.
The customer now also has a downstairs toilet.
What a bonus!

This was a little job we completed earlier in the year, the customer wanted more natural light in their dark living room so we created 2 windows to let the light shine through !

This is another job we competed the back end of last year, we had to have this one done so that the customer had a kitchen for Christmas and only had a small number of weeks to complete it. We created the opening and installed bifold doors, bricked up a doorway to create a window, knocked internal walls down, all plumbing and electrical work, plastering, kitchen fitted,new herringbone flooring and a patio created in the back garden.
As you can see what a massive transformation!

Another extension built last November, we did the shell from foundations to roof and insulated the roof ready for the other trades to do their bit internally to get the job done for the customer.

This jobs was completed back end of august 2021 we knocked down front of the house installed steel beams and built a small front extension knocking through into the garage to open up into a nice spacious kitchen.
