A little downstairs WC we completed from scratch a few weeks ago, our customer chose the wood panelling look which we have custom built from a LOT of timber !

We have installed ;

Fully plastered all walls and ceiling

custom wood panelling

New WC

New 450mm cloakroom vanity / basin/ mixer tap

300mm heated towel radiator

Quikstep LVT flooring

Everything has now been painted and looks exceptional 👌

Our customer also has their main bathroom to be completed which we will be starting later this month 🖤

We haven't had chance to update facebook recently as we have been so busy with our bathrooms and we have a HUGE ongoing project at my home address which has taken a LOT of time !

Back to the bathrooms , We have just completed this STUNNING refit over in Morley for two amazing customers who chose to go with a modern/traditional twist with the 10x20 metro tiling and a gorgeous gothic split pattern porcelain floor tile 🖤

We have added our increasingly popular Blackpack consisting of shower , radiator , tall basin mixer , Trims and waste and grouted all tiling in a mid-grey mapei which splits the black and white up lovely 👌

We have also completely built the vanity unit from scratch with some clever use of some mid grey howdens plinths, side panel and doors , a tiled top and a SCUDO Beautiful Bathrooms countertop basin and Muero tall basin mixer tap .

End results are stunning and our customers are thrilled with the finished result 💪 .

Our customers asked us to rip out and refit their bathroom with the addition of a walk in shower installation as well as a bath . The old toilet was in place of where the shower is now so we have moved everything around to make everything fit in place which it does , quite Snugly aswel 👌 .

This customers' 38m2 (walls &floor ) Ensuite bathroom has been turned around from complete rip out in 8 working days !

It's probably the biggest Ensuite we have ever worked on in a property and our customer certainly hasn't scrimped on style 🔥.

We have installed Al-Murad 60x30 light grey /feature and mid grey tiling throughout

Another gorgeous refit completed today in Seacroft, Leeds ! 🛁 🚿 💧 🏠 🖤

We have taken out the old Bathroom and COMPLETELY stripped it back to the basics .

The existing bathroom was 1.5sqm smaller than the new one , we have removed an existing breeze wall which used to form the old boiler cupboard in the adjacent bedroom to give more space and make the room more open 👌 .

Walls fully tiled in Al-Murad 30 x 60 Husten grey wall tiles , flooring is Quick-Step illume soft graphite LVT .

✨️😍 We have just completed this STUNNING bathroom in Durkar wakefield ✨️

This is the second bathroom we have completed for the customers having refitted the house bathroom at their previous property a number of years ago , this is a much different bathroom in a MUCH different property !

The house dates back over 300 years and forms part of a stable block from a former hall . We have given it a classic modern twist retaining the original beams which run throughout the property .

A Full refurbishment from the old Bathroom, it's had a full lighting rewire, new pipework throughout, reboarded and new subfloor before we got round to installing 😮‍💨

All furniture and hardware are part of the core /ambience range from SCUDO Beautiful Bathrooms 🖤

Tiles are the Selma Onyx Sand from Tile Giant 🖤.

Pictures say it all , Results are A1 , really enjoyed this one .

🖤 We have been working on something a little different from our usual refits over the last week , this gorgeous install in a 200 year old former Mill in Pudsey ! ❤️

Our customers asked us to install the bathroom as per their specification which included tiling the back window wall . However on removing the existing bathroom we uncovered some beautiful stonework and after a conversation with the homeowners we decided to showcase it as a feature in keeping with the property's style 👌.

We have had a stone window sill made to measure courtesy of Traditional Stone & Slate Supplies in Horbury who provided fantastic service from the offset and had it ready for collection in less than a day 🙏.

We have fully taken the walls back to brick ( or stone in this particular instance 😄) and reboarded 3 walls to give us that great surface to work on . Wood cladding has been fitted halfway to the left wall with 3rd bond tiling to the remaining walls in some beautiful Turkish 15 x 60 porcelain wall tiles ✨️.

Our extremely poplular LVT flooring takes care of the floor area and UPVC White gloss panelling to the ceiling .

The New 1700 freestanding bath with a crafty shower addition , free-standing waterfall tap , 800 blue countertop basin unit with waterfall mixer , Grey towel radiator and new toilet finish the job off to an amazing standard and we have very happy customers 💙.

Our customers have been fantastic and kept the banter gong throughout . They still have some painting to do over the wood cladding and a shower curtain to install but all is completed at our end , we have really enjoyed working on this one with , all done in 7 days .

We have just completed this gorgeous browns & chrome luxury feel bathroom over in osmondthorpe , we completed the install on Wednesday but have waited until the flooring has gone down today to get some proper photos and just wow !

Not the most straightforward of installs we have done recently due to 3 layers of existing wall which needed to come off back to brick before we could start with our prep work . Everything has gone back to brick as per our usual spec and been completely reboarded .

This one has been done on a labour basis with our customers supplying all the furniture and tiles , all completed within our 7 working day schedule .

We have also installed a new solid oak door , door frame and architrave to both sides which looks amazing !

Our customers have been fantastic throughout , full of banter , good conversation and kept us well fed all the way through the job ❤️

We have just completed this very tidy refit for a customer over in Armley Leeds 👌

As per our usual itinerary we have taken the old Bathroom out back to stud and fully replastered giving us a good working surface . 🔨

White marble porcelain tiles and our Grey Oak LVT flooring look amazing against the vanity , tallboy , mirror and bath panel which are all courtesy of Kartell UK Ltd Purity Silver Oak Range. We predict they will be a popular addition to our future Bathrooms!

Chrome thermostatic shower , bath filler , basin tap and glass shower screen from SCUDO Beautiful Bathrooms which have become our top supplier this year .

Our customers intend to put the property on the market later in the year and have already lined us up for their new home bathroom installation!

A VERY clean and FRESH refit just completed for a returning customer in Morley Leeds 🛁🚿

We have replaced EVERYTHING for new as part of our prep work , pipework/ wastes / walls and subfloor giving us that great blank canvas we like to work with 👌 .

Fully tiled walls in stone grey porcelain tiles, Grey wood effect LVT flooring , New HD spotlights and a fresh white suite with chrome hardware make it an absolute transformation on the old dated bathroom , our customer is over the moon with the results and has assigned us to more work within the property .

Following on from our previous post we have spent the week to press completing this beautiful designer refit over in Halton and the finishing touches have been added this afternoon ! ✨

Taking 7 working days in total we have removed the old tired bathroom and taken everything back to brick 🧱 , the property was built in the 1930's so the walls underneath weren't the best but we have given it a fresh reboard and plaster , added in a false ceiling and strengthened the floor giving us a brand new room and a great canvas to work our magic 🪄✨

Our customers opted for our Fino Grey Matte Splash panel wall boards , our popular blackpack 🖤 including a gorgeous 1600mm Scudo Life Radiator , Scudo Empire Blue furniture , 1200mm walk in shower , some seriously high quality Quikstep cloudy concrete LVT flooring and a top end Bluetooth LED mirror 🪞🎵 .

Our customers have been fantastic throughout the work and we have made two new pals in the form of their Great Pyrenees dogs ( we are huge dog lovers 🐶) and what a better valentines gift for our customers than getting this finished ! ❤️

We posted a few days ago about the issues our customers had with a company attempting a shakey Refit at their property . Me and my labourer have spent 8 working days in full force to create this absolute Gem which is definitely one for the books 🔥

Not an easy installation at all having spent half the job time ripping out , making the room safe again , moving pipework all the way back to boiler in the adjacent bedroom , reboarding , installing and making it sparkle 💖

Every bit of work has been done by the two of us , no third party trades at all which is how we like it to be ! 🔨💪

🖤 we started the refit of refits last week with the job ready for completion tomorrow ! 🖤

We had a call from a customer before Xmas who had hired a company to carry out a bathroom installation and had not met expectations . On visiting the property we found the partially completed bathroom to be seriously substandard with an unsafe shower platform , poorly made boxings , pipework absolutely EVERYWHERE and live uncapped electrics left in an active wet area 😳 .

Luckily our customers got wise to the work early on enough through the work and started to decide how it could be rectified.

It became apparent that the only viable option was to completely rip out the lot and start again from scratch . 🔨

Decided not to post any photos until the finishing touches are in but the transformation is next level , nothing short of SPECTACULAR and we simply cannot wait to share 🛁🚿💦
