Making most of the space with a design led approach over here 👋 this apartment is part of a 10 unit development is to become an Aparthotel in Leeds City Centre… coming in 2024!

They are going to be so gorgeous when they are finished, we can’t wait for the end results later this year.

💡 Lighting is an integral part of great interior design. So we have showcased this bathroom design with the ‘big light’ on and with only the feature lighting to show off this slick contemporary look 🖤 This design is one of many bathrooms for an Aparthotel in Leeds City Centre - coming 2024!

This room had a makeover in more ways than one with a bit of reconfiguring in layout, a corridor was added for access to the rooms at the back of this chopped up and changed house and we blocked up a doorway to accommodate separate entities so each bedroom had their own private entry. The outcome was a smaller but very ample sized guest room - we love how homely and inviting this one felt 😍

🫧 😎 Family Bathroom Revamp! See the before photos 👉

We took this from studs and brick 🧱 to a gorgeous, sophisticated bathroom with exudes a bit of luxury. Freestanding bath and walk in shower anybody??! A dream in any bathroom 💭💚

We went of a more traditional panelling and framed it with a rich and regal green colour alongside these gorgeous Victorian tiles that gave it some extra character and pop!

This beautiful property is a luxury holiday let in wales we competed a few months back now for and their bookings are filling up thick and fast ❤️‍🔥 we love hearing off our clients their success stories and we just get a kick out of helping them level up their interiors for maximum returns.

We FINALLY did it 😁 …. Our christmas do in February!

We’ve been plenty busy and occupied for December and Jan, it’s been a ‘yeah we really need to book that in’ kind of plan. But we can’t let our 2 years in business pass us by without some celebration and thanks can we? 🙏

Another amazing year in reflection, plenty of really gorgeous projects and clients we have had the pleasure of working with over 2023 and some biggies continuing to move forward in 2024. Some changes and I’m sure some challenges ahead for us but as we have said before … its all about growth 🌳 and it will be nothing short of exciting and transforming ✨we can’t wait to share it all with you guys!

What a gorgeous porch and entrance to walk into. Already blessed with some parquet flooring and checkered tiles ♟️🏁 to work with we wanted to offset those with a deep rich green and bring in warm tones in the soft furnishings to keep it feeling soft.

🧥 Panelling on the cloak walls to protect the walls and reinforce the strength for the many many coats and even wet suits since we are right by the sea 🌊 and a
🐶 Cosy dog bed for the pups

Functionality and design in here is a match made in heaven. We loveeee this room, the look and the usability for an essential drying off space when vacating on the Welsh coast!

Can you believe this was two rooms? Swipe to see the befores 👉👉 the two rooms backed onto another large bedroom so we added in a corridor and new entryway and opened up the box room by removing the partition wall to make this lovely big room housing 3 single beds 👏👏 we love this room for all the natural light and sea views 🌊 ☀️

Beautiful Ensuite Bathroom Transformation 👉📸

This grey bathroom was once very tired and stark! Now we have a pretty gorgeous looking regal bathroom with deep blue metro tiles and brushes brass that complements the colours so well 😍

We added in an extra shelf and niche on the shower for storage and more user friendly space which was a really simple and effective way to balance out the boxing on to the right hand side (that housed an oddly positioned shaving point! 🤔)

Although the utilities are in almost the same position we changed up the ‘feel’ with a wall hung toilet, flush wall taps and a minimal vanity giving it that spacious, light and luxury standard 🌟

Client brief: Contemporary feel, love a cedar wall, brighten the space and is there anything we can do with that supporting pole?

🟰Clean Lines, Earthy Tones and a Crittal
Wall. Did we hit the brief?

This area was screaming to be sectioned off but also needed to keep it as bright as possible. So a crittal partition was something we suggested as part of this design and we LOVED THE RESULT 😍 …to keep costs down this was made out of a Perspex material rather than glass 🤫

The media wall was once very heavy, and the area was dark so we added in a feature light in the ceiling void and teamed it up with an earthy oak backdrop. Floating tv unit to open the space was a winner here and added to that minimal, contemporary vibe ✌️

Finally we wanted to add in some colour so a statement olive green sofa bed did the trick as well as keep the occupancy up on the listing. ✔️
