Not gonna lie... it's a proper ball ache trying to eat a whole food diet 🥔🥑🍌🍏🥜🥗🍅 while packing in enough nutrients & protein to sustain fitness goals.
This becomes increasingly difficult while away but can still be achieved if you are determined enough.
After three different supermarkets eventually found some tofu. Combined with soy chkn (from home) & haricot beans in a fajita tomato pasata sauce with accompanying rice, potatoes, avocado, fruit, salad, nuts etc. Supplies all the required muscle building nutrients and packs in around 150g of quality protein...💥

This 1h of my daily routine is thee most important part of my daily practice!!!
Intelligently planned meals containing all required micro & macro nutrients eaten within a 6 hour window between 10am-4pm.
Nothing is more important for health & physical performance than a regimented daily meal plan.
You can't out train a bad diet!!!

After now many years of fitness training 💪following the "bro science"✌️ before eventually thinking outside of the mainstream narative, trial & error and simply going with my intuition.
I would like to give a few insights -
*Counting calories is BS -
1000Kcal of chocolate is not the same as eating 1000Kcal of apples. The whole calorie counting craze was made up by people wanting to make money with fad diets, allowing people to carry on eating processed sh*te but less of it and think they will lose weight 😭 most people on poor diets are lacking micronutrients (vitamins&minerals) therefore the body is in starvation mode and storing fat as a consequence, by eating less "empty" food they are merely making the condition worse. If you are eating whole foods - fresh fruit, vegetables, legumes, nuts n seeds, it's virtually impossible to get fat...
*Protein is a lie!!! -
Most protein powders (even plant based) are processed using a carcinogen called Hexane ☠️ as well as been highly contaminated with heavy metals. Not only that but our body cannot assimilate/process man made foods and purely sees them as toxins/threats to the body causing inflammation, nor can our body utilise anywhere near the amount of protein we have been led to believe it needs, thus eventually causing problems like kidney stones!!!
*Diet/training -
I would say diet is about 70% responsible for physique and only 30% training. "you can't out train a bad diet" I'm the fittest n healthiest now at 41 after been vegan 7 years and on a fairly strict whole food diet for the last 2/3 years. Gone are the days of eating a KFC thinking all the✌️protein✌️ would make me massive😂 no it just makes u fat 👍
*Intermittent fasting -
From my experience of various forms of daily intermittent fasting for the last 3 years including OMAD, I would say this is one of thee most powerful tools available for staying lean while maintaining muscle, having an abundance of energy and the miriad of health benefits that it promotes.
*Split training ("Bro splits"✌️)
Split body part training is not necessary. The body is one mechanism and to function the most ergonomically should be trained as a whole unit, this is how we have evolved, this gives more functional muscle performance. Training the whole body 3x per week intead of each part once per week stimulates more growth hormones, prevents overtraining individual body parts as well as allowing more flexibility and training sessions to be missed without worry.

Fruit. The whole Fruit and nothing but the Fruit. Truth. Protein don't repair muscle, it inflames it. Lose the word protein. Amino acids. All you need in fruits and greens specifically. Fruit and fasting are your healers. Increase your lifespan, and live. We are one of the most advanced species on Earth, but remain like Neanderthals, instead of increasing our way into becoming light beings.
Humans are designed to eat mostly fruit. We’re frugivores, just like monkeys and chimps. We have the same physiology, the same stomach acidity, the same tooth structure, the same sweat glands, etc. The evidence that shows we humans are primarily fruit eaters. And by the way, if it have seeds it's a fruit! Picture: a tree of Life in a tomato....
Fruit is the easiest food to digest, which should right there, tip us off that we are biologically designed to eat it. Just because we are able to digest other foods, does not make us fit for their consumption. Omnivores are designed to eat everything. Humans can eat meat, but they are not designed to, which means they are not true carnivores or omnivores. Flesh eaters have very short intestines for the rapid expulsion of decomposing flesh. Vegetarians and Fruitarians, including man, have very long intestines, for the slow digestion of fruit and vegetables.
We don’t have claws or hoofs like carnivores and herbivores. We aren’t equipped with sharp teeth and abrasive tongues for ripping apart flesh. In order for meat to taste good we have to cook it. What other species on Earth cooks their food? Herbivores (grazers and browsers – bison, rabbits, horses, sheep, deer, goats, giraffes, etc. ) are equipped to handle an exclusive raw leaf/grass diet. Granivores (primarily birds) thrive mostly on the raw grains of various grasses. Carnivores (cats, lions, tigers, wolves, etc.) eat raw meat, but even they cannot thrive on an all meat diet.
Insectivores (ant-eaters, amphibians, other insects) thrive on raw insects. Omnivores (hogs, brown bears, raccoons, etc.) are “everything eaters” who thrive on nearly all raw foods. Frugivores (apes, gorillas, chimpanzees, monkeys, orangutans etc.) thrive mostly on raw fruits, succulent fruit-like vegetables, roots, shoots, nuts and seeds. Those foods and influences to which a species is biologically adapted are those deemed “natural” to its disposition as derived by the sum total of their biological heritage from millions of years of evolution.
Cumulative adaptations in each species over eons of time determines their natural dietary needs. We humans are arboreal (tree dwellers), mostly closely resembling orangutans. Like chimps and monkeys, we are designed to eat mostly fruit. This isn’t to say we can’t also eat vegetables, nuts and seeds, so long as raw fruit is our main course. Every anatomical, physiological and embryo-logical feature of man definitely places him in the class frugivore.
The number and structure of his teeth, the length and structure of his digestive tract, the position of his eyes, the character of his nails, the functions of his skin, the character of his saliva, the relative size of his liver, the number and position of the milk glands, the position and structure of the sexual organs, the character of the human placenta and many other factors all bear witness to the fact that man is constitutionally a frugivore.

If you think fasting is starvation or extreme... you are highly conditioned by western culture 👍 the same culture that has an alarming epidemic of obesity and diabetes were food is readily available and its the norm to eat from waking to evening. No longer is 3 meals a day enough people eat 5/6 times, snacking, on a constant insulin roller coaster...
Fasting or more aptly named (time restricted feeding) for shorter durations should be incorporated by all healthy adults even if its just the skipping of breakfast or evening meal and should be taught in schools as a daily practice for longevity!!!

Nobody said it was going to be easy... takes discipline & persistence. Meditating for 2h a day is harder than fasting for 22h!!! IMO😳. It certainly does not feed the ego...
These disciplines strengthen the mind/soul connection. Detox & strengthen the body & immune system. Reduce & reverse physical & neurological diseases. Reduce insulin sensitivity & inflammation. Increase energy, focus, self respect, confidence...
It's all a state of mind, once you incorporate this into your daily life, stick with it and start feeling the benefits as your vibration raises you become the best version of yourself living from the heart, it all becomes clear...

22h daily fast, exercise on an evening 21 hours fasted before eating the days food in one sitting in a 2 hour window.
This means the body is not just repairing and regenerating for 8-12 hours like on a regular eating schedule but for 22 hours!!! This is very efficient for the body, here are the following benefits I have found already 3 weeks in -

The longer you can fast the more these benefits are amplified...
Once you push yourself through a fasted workout you will never want to train fed again. It feels primordial like a raw survival mode and can train harder and faster than ever before.
