🚨 Project Update 🚨

Now this is something you don’t see everyday.
Work on the cut out for the staircase is nearing completion.

We then have the footings to put in, then the process of the new solid block column running up through the inside, creating strength and will house the staircase to the new flats. The outside will be a lightweight timber frame structure with a rendered finish.

We’ve been quiet on socials for a while, due to some commencements on some big projects. However, we will keep you updated from now on.

Good news! Inflation beats economists predictions and stays at 4% for now!

Keeping prices rising was the energy price cap, which rose in January, bringing up the cost of gas and electricity.
