Matt has worked in the industry for over 14 years, starting his career as an estate agent in London. After moving back to the North of England in 2012, he set up on his own and quickly acquired a student lettings business in Headingley.

Matt worked in the student market from 2013 until 2020, when he sold his lettings business which grew to be one of the largest in Leeds.
He also owned and ran a successful development company specialising in the refurbishment and sale of HMOs.
