Vallectric Limited are seeking a M&E Site Manager for a 40 week student accommodation project incorporating a retail unit fit out in Oxford which commences August 2021. If you are interested, please email your CV to [email protected]

Our mechanical works are progressing well on the Capitol House New River View project in Winchmore Hill for Dandara. First fix works are now complete throughout the 91 apartments, and second fix and final fix works are well underway and on programme for completion this Summer.

Welcome to our new Estimator, Andy Savage who joined Vallectric this month. Andy has more than 40 years’ experience in the electrical and mechanical industry, working on all aspects of turnkey M&E projects from design and estimating to commissioning and construction. He’s already up and running in his new role and we’re sure he’ll make a real impact on the Vallectric team.

We are currently looking for a Mechanical Estimator and Mechanical Engineer or Trainee Engineer to join our team in Leeds. Sound technical knowledge of mechanical and plumbing systems is required as well as good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to tight deadlines. 2019 has seen SIX employees reach long service milestones of 25 or 40 years; a magnificent accolade for both employee and company.

The six are: Richard Eyre (25), Simon Crossley (25), Gary Davis (25), Mark Foster (25), Sue Louth (25) & David Allen (40), who all received a gift from Vallectric Limited to mark this special occasion.

It’s time for tea at Vale Court, Barnet. Residents at the sheltered block are pictured below enjoying a cuppa with Vallectric’s Senior Resident Liaison Officer, Jenny Lucas.

Vallectric is currently working on a multi-trade refurbishment of the block on behalf of Barnet Homes. Our staff are busy making sure the works are of the highest quality, but there’s always time for a quick tea break with residents. It’s a good opportunity to catch up, discuss the works and update them on our progress.
