Another project almost completed, extending and converting existing outbuilding to self contained annex.

Project coming along nicely, roof on and internal first fix pretty much done.

Progress on this project, taking the roof off over an existing kitchen living area to add an additional floor above. Kitchen and floor protection in place whilst works are carried out, and a scaffold tent over to protect from the lovely weather we are having ☔️☔️

Roof complete, Scaffold down and well on with first fix internally, plastering to start this week 💪

Another newspaper article done on this project that we carried out 😍 with our name dropped in this time (although not full name 🙈) again this was a great but difficult project to carry out but as always we love a challenge. The developer is great to work with as we have now over several years and oasis properties are the go to people for all your letting needs.

The old HSBC bank converted into lovely apartments. A very complex job and challenging but as always… we love a challenge and always deliver 💪🤩

Propping the house then a nice small 840kg steel to get in 😱 as always went like clockwork due to good prep work by the guys and the boss man giving a hand 💪💪😂
