NEW FUNDAMENTALS COURSES

Tuesdays 8:20PM from 7th January 2025
Saturdays 9:50AM from 11th January 2025

💳 Price:
Courses are £60pp and include 6 classes over 6 weeks (you attend the same day and time every week).

‼️ OFFER ALERT‼️ Bring a friend for half price! That works out as £45 each (£90 in total).

👀 What’s involved:
Each class is 1hr long. You will learn all the basics of pole, such as beginner static spins, different ways to grip the pole, basic lifts and how to climb the pole, introduction to spin pole, as well as, introduction to combos and choreo!

This course will give you all the skills you need to continue your pole journey into our Improvers class. Absolutely no previous fitness experience required, we have adaptations for all levels!

CHANGES TO MINIMUM CLASS NUMBERS

Classes with less than 3 students booked on will be cancelled. Class numbers will be checked the evening before and any impacted classes will be cancelled at that point. You will receive notification emails in these instances.

We know a lot of you do like to book on last minute but where possible, please book your classes as soon as possible to avoid your favourites classes being cancelled!

⚡️ 16:15 - 17:45 Static Rotations
Suitable for Intermediates and above.

Learn how to smoothly create static rotations and flow your combos in this comprehensive workshop. The basics of static flow will be focused on for the first part of this workshop, followed by applying these concepts in more advanced movements.

⚡️18:00 - 19:30 Mischka’s Signature Spin
Suitable for Intermediates and above.

Learn Mischka’s go to spin favourites in this comprehensive workshop which covers splits, backbends, elbow holds and unique trick combinations.

⚡️ 19:45 - 21:15 Heels Flow Choreography
Suitable for Intermediates and above.

Strap on your stilettos, slip on some knee pads and let’s get slinky in this heels based workshop. Not only will you work up a sweat learning this choreography, but you will also learn Mischka’s favourite sequences of dance and basework movements around the pole. This style will have you dropping, sliding and scooting all over the floor.

Our lovely David is moving away from Leeds which sadly means he will be leaving LPDS 😢
