Window fitters doing bad work this now has cost the client £2,000 to fix the two windows and repair the internal plaster. If you have old windows make sure the heads / lintels are checked first.

200 tons removed in 10 days. Foundation in 6k paid before main delivery. Site safe and clean for the weekend.

The brick work and foundation blocks to this point as taken approximately 10 days due to the weather. Client is over the moon with the work and progress. Scaffolding goes up Tue and over site Monday.

A transformation, the client is over the moon with the finish. I will attach here the review and message to pinnacle builders.

Nearly 200 ton taken away from site. Foundations are going in tomorrow, materials start of next week.

72 ton taken away, we are now ready to start the foundation nice clean site for the phase.

Family's hopes dashed as builder fails to rectify issues after taking tens of thousands. Contract terminated after 10 months, leaving the home uninhabitable. We're working internally to resolve. Seeking advice from Dave Monahan at Baileys Roofing & Co. Please share, I cannot name the builder at this point due to legal action.

Only 3 and 1/2 days in, great progress. Next week our goal is the foundations.

We are now 4 days away from foundations on site for the build. The client is delighted with the progress. The next payment is due tomorrow. Only pay your builder, plumber, plasterer etc, in progress.

A few more days to completion and we have transformed the drive and rear garden. A good clean down and I will post a completion video.
