Here at Laboc Communications we are looking for our next team member to join our passionate & highly driven team at our new Ilkley Office.

Job Role (On completion of training.)
The successful candidate will be:
- Logging tickets after basic diagnostic work and providing 1st line IT Support.
- Utilising our specialist monitoring software, allowing us to manage our clients, anti virus, back up of data, password resets and remote control.
- Working with Office 365.
- Resolving hardware issues and performing upgrades.
- Configuring and managing VOIP Systems.
- Installing, configuring and troubleshooting data connectivity.

Desired Qualities, Skills & Knowledge:
-A passion for IT and Technology is fundamental to this role.
-Excellent communication skills & a team player.
-Willingness to expand their knowledge.
-A minimum Grade C or equivalent in Maths in order to complete the training.
-A full clean UK driving licence is preferred however not essential.

Salary, Hours & Holidays:
-Salary dependent on age and experience.
-Monday to Friday (08:00 – 16:30.)
-21 days of annual leave entitlement (plus all bank holidays & Christmas.)

The Training:
The successful candidate will be completing a Level 3 or 4 course with Baltic Apprenticeships.
Baltic Apprenticeships were the first training provider to offer a completely tech-focused, tech-driven training solution. They help people transform their knowledge and passion into skills that employers need.

There are several career progression opportunities available upon completion of this course.

After having a nightmare week connecting my VoIP telephone for my business to my Sky router, I've lost count of the amount of "technical experts" I spoke with at Sky who were unable to fix the problem. Even Open Reach were here for 4 hours last week and again couldn't fix.

I was recommended to Laboc Communications and Daniel visited the same day and fixed the problem within 15 mins.
