Our Senior HR Consultant and menopause champion, Helen Doherty, wanted to incorporate some exercise into her Daniel Barnett training course on the 2024 annual leave and holiday pay. She chose to do some table push-ups to prepare for all the new updates.
Helen is a true fighter and is our longest-standing team member. She enjoys going on evening walks while listening to her favourite artists, from Pink, The Script and many more!
