Walls down, steels in and joists installed over in Woodlesford this week, stud walls going up Monday before first fix electrics and plumbing starts

Busy couple of weeks over on our extension in Halton, brickwork now up and ready for the scaffold to go up tomorrow , first floor joists installed and the steel windpost bolted down and fixed into place.
We can now push on with building the upstairs 🧱🧱

Great progress been made on our extension in Woodlesford, the roof is now complete and the scaffold is coming down tomorrow 👌🏼

The extension we started a couple of weeks ago despite the weather is up and ready for Impact scaffolding ltd to come in and put the scaffold up 👌🏼

And a new project we have taken on for a customer in Halton, first job is for Jpc Groundworksto come in and install the new drainage for us, before starting the build next week 🤝

Busy week on our extension in Woodlesford, existing opening blocked up and steel removed. Chimney and internal wall taken down with 2 new steels installed. We can now start putting everything back together 👌🏼👌🏼

Next one underway again in Woodlesford Jpc Groundworks carrying out the groundworks once again 🤝

Rear/side extension completed in Crossgates, new open plan kitchen diner with an office, utility room and downstairs toilet.

Single rear and double side extension shell completed in rothwell, new internal doorways created and steels installed to create an open plan living space.
Handing back over to the client to carry on with the internal works.

Knockthrough completed in rothwell, back of the house has been removed and steels installed.

The end of week 3 on our extension in Woodlesford, roof complete scaffold to come down Monday and internal knockthroughs already underway.

Our extension in rothwell is now up and ready for both of the roofs to go on next week 👌🏼

another gable end built for MW Lofts & Construction in Whitkirk

We have been back over in rothwell this week, the rear part of the extension is now up ready for the roof, next we will be making a start on building up the side elevation to create a new bedroom above the garage.

All the steels are now installed at our extension in Crossgates, now we can form the downstairs toilet, utility room and the office.

4 steels installed 3 to go, side of the house to be taken down next week.

Old brick garage knocked down,repositioned to allow for better use of the garden then rebuilt in blockwork finished in krend.
