A recent commercial project finished for a Mosque in Thornhill. The clients requested green pallasade fencing that we got specially made. Some of the fencing is bolted to the concrete retaining while the rest is dug into the ground. A total of 3 pedestrian gates and 1 pair of double gates were also installed. Over 120m of fencing installed in just 4 days. The clients were over the moon and we was very well looked after.

Today's project finished over in Thornhill Dewsbury. Double-sided pailing panels installed in concrete posts with smooth gravel board. These panels give privacy at the same time allowing wind to pass through giving the fencing much longer life. Great for those windy areas. Recent job finished in Ls10 for a lovely client. We decided to go pailing fencing on the sides due to the wind direction. This way, it wouldn't cause any issues in the future. Then, we went featheredge at the back for the client to keep privacy with the path running at the back. All the fencing is with concrete posts and gravel boards.

We have been successful in an application to purchase a community notice board.

A £1000 has been provided to Friends of New Forest Plantation by Leeds City Council Inner South Community Committee

One of the aims of the Friends of New Forest Plantation is to help foster a community spirt and improve and enhance the area.

Having a notice board will help us connect with people in the community that are not on Facebook and help keep the whole community connected.

Some more repairs done today in Ls26 and Ls10 for 3 clients. 1st job, we've reinstalled a panel that had blown out from between 2 pillars. Then to Methley to install 2 strengthening posts to stop a fence leaning after the winds. Then, finally , Ls10 to install a new gate post, which had snapped.

A project finished earlier this week in LS7 leeds. 6ft total height at the back and 4ft down the side. Both using overlap panels with rock face gravel boards. As you can see it was a very cold start to last week. Mr Robin was onsite to inspect our work.

So after 3 weeks on site, the biggest project to date is finished. A little bit later than planned and a few lessons learned but over the moon with the finish. The lads have worked in all weather and forever grateful for their attitude throughout. It was by far one of the hardest digs we've done. The concrete in some of the holes was like Bell metal.

Double-sided pailing fencing throughout with 4x4 posts. All the wood is pressure treated. The benefit of double-sided pailing is the wind travelling through and less strain on the posts.

Our biggest project to date is underway in ls12 for a couple of blocks of flats. Nearly 160m of double-sided pailing fencing to install, replacing an old tired fence that's seen better days. We are at the halfway point, but here's some pictures of our progress.

Double-sided pailing is a great way to protect your fencing against high winds but still gives a good degree of privacy.
