2022 ORDER POLICY-

Upon placing your order, full payment will be required.

Once payment is confirmed your order will then be booked in and only then will designs be created and provided for you to choose before we complete your order.

Turnaround for personalisation will be up to 10 days, although we aim to complete all orders before this.

If you need an order at short notice, do still message us and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Once your order is complete, collection will need to be within 3 days of that date unless we have discussed a specific date.

Personalised orders are non-refundable.
